"Don't eat food recklessly" is a phrase everyone has probably heard from a young age, especially after watching 'Journey to the West'. It vividly demonstrates the consequences of reckless eating.

When the mid-sized vessel swallowed by the Snake Head entered the belly of the beast, Dong Tianyu activated the ship's explosive device, causing the fuel-laden ship to explode instantaneously within the snake's belly.

The fierce explosion ripped a huge hole in the belly of the beast, just as Dong Tianyu was preparing to continue his assault, a gigantic dark shadow descended from the sky.

At that moment, Dong Tianyu had not expected that just when the end seemed near, a Chase Gold would emerge out of nowhere. With this, Dong Tianyu shifted his Divine Sense onto the massive figure.

Trying to discern exactly what the dark shadow was, Dong Tianyu suddenly felt an unreal sensation.

To confirm his suspicion, Dong Tianyu immediately scanned it with his Divine Sense and, as expected, he found something at the back of the neck, which Dong Tianyu had speculated about.

While Dong Tianyu was pondering whether this creature was a human-made product of Blue Star or an outsider from a natural disaster, the giant that should have sunk to the bottom of the water stood erect, revealing parts above its shoulders.

Although only the area above the shoulders was visible above the water, considering the depth here was definitely over a hundred meters, it indicated how tall this creature must be if it could stand with its shoulders out of water while its feet were on the bottom.

Moreover, according to Dong Tianyu's observation with Divine Sense, the creature was not even fully upright but, like King Kong, it had its arms on the ground in a semi-stooped position. If it stood up fully, Dong Tianyu estimated the water would probably only reach its chest.

After falling into the water, the gigantic being groped around the seabed with its hands and immediately grabbed the Fake Yamata no Orochi, which Dong Tianyu had sliced open.

Perhaps it was because of the mid-sized ship Dong Tianyu had detonated, which split open the Fake Yamata no Orochi, so now a lot of fresh blood was spilling into the water, staining the area red.

As he watched the blood-red waters around him, the creature pulled the body of the Fake Yamata no Orochi up, revealing the section that Dong Tianyu had blown open on the surface of the water.

Although the Snake Belly had been blown open by Dong Tianyu's explosives, the Fake Yamata no Orochi had not died instantly. Realizing that something had grabbed its body, the eight Snake Heads retaliated against the creature by striking at the part where it had been grasped.

Two of the Snake Heads wrapped themselves around the creature's bulky arm, binding and continuously tightening.

The remaining Snake Heads bit directly into that sturdy arm. Despite being completely wrapped in metal, the sharp Snake Fangs managed to penetrate it and inject venom into the arm.

Watching the two massive beings entangled on the surface of the water, Dong Tianyu gradually snapped back to reality.

The gigantic being that had dropped from the sky, from its appearance, looked very much like a man-made giant robot, but looking closer at its joints, although most were indeed encased in metal, some gaps revealed the flesh wrapped within the metal.

Noticing this detail and combining it with the creature's size and the posture it had adopted when it first rose from the water, and most importantly, that the metal covering the creature did not block the exploration of Divine Sense, Dong Tianyu realized that hidden inside the steel Puppet was a creature similar to the pre-disaster King Kong.

This type of giant robot made from a combination of metal and flesh would quickly remind some older individuals what it was.

But those with a metal shell yet housing a complete body of a gigantic creature, operated by pilots entering the robot's body and linking with its nervous system, are known as EVA.

EVA, rather than being a giant robot, might be better described as a war beast encased in a metal shell. The external metal provides minimal defensive power. Instead of protecting, it acts more as a restraint device to prevent EVA from going berserk.

After all, logically, to preserve the vitality of the flesh, the base creature of an EVA must not die. Once the base creature dies, the circulation of its vital essence ceases, meaning the EVA can no longer be used.

Normally, the base creature of an EVA should be in a vegetative state, meaning its body remains alive but its consciousness is completely destroyed, allowing human pilots to link through the entry plug and connect with EVA's nervous system to control it for combat.

And the creature that suddenly appeared, Dong Tianyu realized, strikingly resembled the EVA units he had seen in anime, though it was unclear whether this creature also possessed an AT Field.
