Although a single energy sword didn't cause much damage to the snake head, after being attacked by hundreds of swords, even though it had painfully clenched its mouth shut, countless streams of blood slowly flowed from the tightly closed gaps.

Even after the Undead Resurrection, the Wizard Wraiths that descended on Blue Star largely employed magic like Undead Resurrection and Death Fireball, not resorting to curses or any magic with special effects.

So even though these invaders were powerful, not even those Ancient Behemoths similar in size to Godzilla had managed to drive humanity to despair.

Yet, when this snake head used a skill similar to an innate ability, Dong Tianyu realized, it appears that like the earlier disasters of Spirit Energy resurfacing, Blue Star had entered into a new version.

But this was a concern for later. Right now, the most important thing was to kill this Fake Yamata no Orochi in front of him.

Looking at the snake head that had sunk into the water and hadn't reappeared, Dong Tianyu didn't think his attack had managed to kill it entirely, but with one less snake head, the upcoming battle would be easier.

While Dong Tianyu, fully alert, thought these snake heads had some other method of attack that could reach him, unexpectedly, they gradually submerged into the water.

Seeing this, Dong Tianyu provocatively pulled out a Standard Flying Sword, which he had casually crafted while learning Artifact Refining, from his Storage Space and launched an attack on the snake head nearest to him.

Under the enhancement of the Sword Control Technique, the unoccupied Flying Sword, reaching near sonic speed, plunged into the eye of the snake head before it could react.

Once the Flying Sword pierced the snake's pupil, it began to spin and wreak havoc inside. Whether human or another creature, although damage to the eyes might not cause immediate death, the pain inflicted, and the rage from blindness far outweighed physical pain.

Yet, what puzzled Dong Tianyu was that the attacked snake head, now glaring at him with its other eye, seemed poised to fight him to the death.

However, the height at which it surfaced continued to decrease gradually, and before long, the entire snake head had submerged beneath the water.
