After the Three Factions summit concluded, Haru, newly appointed Supreme Commander should have been busy with the subsequent integration of power. However, finding such matters tedious, he delegated the entire task to Athena.

Meanwhile, Haru sheltered himself at home, delving into the Art of Evolving – True Monarch Chapter – that the egg had deduced.

Since defeating Rama, Haru had been diligently refining his Golden Core, compressing and condensing the formless, boundless Earth Authority within.

After days of relentless refinement, the Earth Authority within his Golden Core had been compressed to half its original size.

Three days after the summit, on a clear morning, shortly after completing the compression process, Haru received a communication from Michael: the unsealing of the System barrier was complete. He opened his eyes.

With a snap of his fingers, a complex magic circle appeared on the floor of his room.

The three-meter wide circle, depicting angelic wings at its center, surrounded by intricate runes, glowed with a soft, white light.

This was the dimensional teleportation circle Michael had left behind upon returning to Heaven—a high-level magic circle capable of transporting someone directly to the seventh Heaven, the Garden of Eden.

Haru stood, walked to the center of the circle, and activated the teleportation.

The white light intensified, and the familiar scene of his living room dissolved. Before him now stood a colossal, towering brown trunk that seemed to pierce the heavens.

The World Tree – the core of Heaven.

"Haru-sama?" a deep voice called out.

A muscular man with eight wings approached and knelt before Haru. "I am Metatron, an eight-winged Angel. Michael-sama has tasked me with being your guide in Heaven."

Haru glanced at Metatron, then nodded. "Take me to Michael."

"Yes! Michael-sama is currently at the System Core. I will escort you there." Metatron rose and, with a wave of his hand, conjured a magic circle adorned with angelic wings.

Haru stepped into the circle and was transported to a vast hall. In the center, on a circular stone platform, knelt Michael, azure wings spread, silently praying.

Metatron bowed to both Haru and Michael, then, without a word, teleported away.

Sensing Haru's presence, Michael rose and turned, her eyes meeting his. "Haru-sama, please look above."

Haru looked up. A sphere of radiant light and heat hovered above them—God's System, the artifact used to manage the world.

Within the sphere, Liala, clad in white robes, lay in a deep slumber.

Michael followed Haru's gaze. "That is the System, left behind by the previous God. It manages the distribution of the world's elements, maintains the balance of attributes, and responds to the prayers of believers."

She paused, then added, "Liala-sama is expected to remain dormant for another year before she fully integrates with the System and inherits the previous God's power. Until then, please refrain from disrupting its core functions."

Haru, seeing Michael's apprehension, shrugged. He understood her concern.

The Angels' survival after God's death, their exemption from the usual fate of sacrifice, was due to God's final command: to redeem humanity.

The System, which governed blessings, mercy, and miracles—though its functions were now incomplete—was the key to fulfilling God's final decree. It was the cornerstone of the Angels' continued existence.

Had Liala, the Son of God, not appeared as a suitable successor, and were Haru not connected to him, she wouldn't have been granted access to the System.

Michael, seeing Haru's calm demeanor, sighed and began to weave the unsealing spell, channeling her power into the System's core.

Crackle… Crackle… Sounds like shattering glass echoed through the hall.

Cracks spread across the surface of the protective barrier surrounding the System. Fragments broke off, falling to the ground and dissolving into motes of light.

After ten minutes of continuous effort, the barrier shattered, revealing the System's gentle light within.

Haru instantly teleported beside the sphere, then, after a moment's hesitation, placed his hand upon its surface.

Within his soul space, the egg pulsed, and an endless torrent of negative energy surged forth, connecting with the System through Haru's arm.

The System's light flickered, dimming slightly.

Michael, watching Haru intently, clenched her fists, a surge of holy energy gathering in her palms. She hesitated, then lowered her head, resuming her silent prayer.

A sly smile touched Haru's lips.

The egg, silently and subtly, began to annihilate small portions of the System's energy, carefully extracting its underlying rules without damaging its core functions.

All artifacts created by the Biblical God, except those with self-contained systems like the Divine Dividing, had backups within the System Core.

Through the egg, Haru gained access to the unique abilities of nearly every Divine Artifact.

The Zenith Tempest's power over weather and elemental attributes.

The Annihilation Maker's ability to create monstrous creatures from imagination.

The Dimension Lost's control over dimensions and its ability to create utopian spaces.

The Sephiroth Graal's power to manipulate life and death.

Countless abilities were revealed, and finally, the egg began to analyze the System's core function—its power to control and define the attributes of all elements in the world.

It then merged this knowledge with the Sky Authority from the Campione! world, slowly infusing it into Haru's being.

Within Haru's Golden Core, the empty space began to fill as the Sky Authority flowed in.

Sky and Earth intertwined, matter and energy entangled.

A Taijitu symbol, representing the duality of Yin and Yang, materialized within the Core, slowly absorbing energy and growing larger.

A month passed, and Haru opened his eyes. Sensing the Taijitu symbol within his Golden Core, now complete except for its two "eyes," he laughed triumphantly.

The cycle of Sky and Earth mirrors the cycle of matter and energy. The path to becoming a True Monarch lay in creating a complete cycle within oneself, with one's soul as the planetary core and the Golden Core as the blueprint for a true world.

A True Monarch, existing outside the Three Realms and unbound by the Five Elements, achieved this by becoming a world unto themselves—a world, even at the planetary level, that embodied its own elements and principles.

Initially, in the Campione! world, Haru had gathered all the necessary rules. However, due to his body's limitations, he could only contain the Earth Authority, while the Sky Authority was stored within the egg, to be gradually assimilated.

But that process was too slow. Comprehending the complete Sky Authority would take tens of thousands of years. Haru, barely in his twenties, wasn't about to waste so much time.

So he sought a shortcut.

And he found it.

By annihilating energy through the egg, he could extract the rules and infuse them directly into his soul, forcibly compressing time and instantly mastering the Sky Authority.

The System, created by the God, the embodiment of the Sky God, contained a vast repository of Sky rules and unique abilities—a perfect target for Haru's plan.

As expected, after annihilating the System Core's energy, the egg extracted the complete Sky Authority, pouring it into Haru's Golden Core. It even managed to acquire numerous additional abilities from the various Divine Artifacts.

Understanding the soul was still a mystery.

But the energy cycle? What better subject to study than Ophis, the High School DxD world's embodiment of infinite energy?

And she happened to be an adorable, emotionless loli, perfectly suited to Haru's… tastes.

As Haru grinned, a mischievous glint in his eyes, plotting his approach to the adorable Dragon God, a sudden shift occurred in the human world.

Dark clouds gathered above Kuoh Town, lightning flashed, and torrential rain poured down.

In the mountains behind a sheltered shrine in Kuoh Town, a figure stood before an ancient, weathered stone tablet. Silently, they picked up a shovel.
