Bubble Boy

Chapter 92: Crown of Ashes

Xeno looked at Starman with a evil smirk and pride.

"It doesn't matter if you save your granddaughter your world is burning, my soldiers dropped..."

Starman held out his hand in a fist and began opening it slowly and from it fell dog chains of his Xyphorite Soldiers.

The pride and smirk faded from Xeno's face with each dog tag hitting the ground.

Jace's voice crackled in Starman's ear, calm but urgent.

"You have to get him off Earth. Now. He's bleeding power into the planet, he'll crack it open if this keeps up."

Starman didn't hesitate.

He blurred forward.

Xeno raised his gauntlet, snarling, but it was too late.

Starman grabbed his face.

"No more," he whispered.

With a boom that shredded the clouds, they vanished.

Stars bent and blurred past them. Galaxies smeared like paint across a canvas of void. They stopped only when they reached the black edge of the galaxy, where the light ran thin and the cold had teeth.

Starman let go.

Xeno flailed backward, regaining balance mid-air. His armor surged with cosmic fire, energy dancing like storms across his body.

"You think distance will save your people?" Xeno roared.

Starman's eyes narrowed. "No. But this is where you don't get to hurt them."

Xeno lunged.

A comet-punch tore toward Starman.

But he was gone.

Flash.

Xeno missed again, then again.

Each blow would have cracked planets. Shattered suns. Unraveled moons.

The space news drones finally catches up with the mortal enemies.

As Starman dodges…

He danced through them.

Calm. Controlled. Unshakable.

"Who sent you?" he asked, voice steady.

Xeno snarled, launching a thousand burning shards. They curved like razors in vacuum.

Starman phased through them all. His cape didn't even ripple.

"WHO SENT YOU!"

Xeno's scream was raw. "The King. Your uncle."

He fired a beam of white annihilation from his eyes but it sliced only darkness.

"You're the rightful heir," Xeno spat. "But he took the throne of Xypho. He erased your name. He erased your family. He erased your legacy!"

Starman stood still now, floating. Silent.

"He sent me to finish what Dravus failed to do. No more loose ends."

Xeno struck again. A world-ending blow.

Starman dodged, barely moving.

Montana Bunker – Underground Shelter

Blaze watched, trembling.

This was not the broken man she had studied. Not the relic she pitied.

This was something else.

Something terrifying.

Something divine.

Around her, people were shouting.

Meanwhile the Livestream

@BubbleMom87: IS HE EVEN TOUCHING HIM??

@HeroHeartNL: Xeno destroyed planets. Starman is dancing with him.

@ZoeIsMyHero: My daughter screamed "Grandpa" and he MOVED FASTER THAN LIGHT. @ChurchOfStarman: He doesn't need to win. He just needs to endure. And that's always been enough.

@GalaxyWitness: This is what kings look like.

@BlazeWatcher: I thought we'd seen his peak. We hadn't even seen the surface.

Deep Space – The Crown Burns

Xeno roared, chest rising like a volcano. "WHY WON'T YOU FIGHT BACK?!"

Starman looked at him, not with hate.

But with understanding.

"Because you already lost," he said.

Xeno's body trembled with power. His aura blazed brighter than stars.

But Starman's voice cut through the vacuum like a blade.

"I don't kill to prove I'm strong. I endure to protect what I love."

He floated closer.

"You destroy worlds to be seen. I protect one girl and the universe watches."

Xeno lunged again.

And this time...

Starman caught the punch.

The shockwave shattered the void, tearing apart a nearby moon.

But Starman didn't move.

Earth – Global Feed Exploding

@OrbitTechCam: He CAUGHT it. HE CAUGHT XENO'S FULL POWER.

@FistOfMars: HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! @GrandpaGuardian: The old man's back. And he's not playing anymore.

@LegacyUnbroken: For every soul who lost hope, watch this.

Back in the void, Starman held Xeno's fist.

Tight.

Unyielding.

Then he said just one thing:

"Tell my uncle... I'm coming."

Xeno sneered, voice low, vile, clawing at the last edge of power he held.

"If you let me go… I'll kill your granddaughter in her sleep."

Silence.

A terrible silence.

Then, Starman's eyes ignited.

Not glowing.

Burning.

Twin supernovas, deep red, ancient, furious.

The galaxy shivered.

He didn't speak.

He didn't need to.

He moved.

Flash.

His fist buried into Xeno's gut, bending the tyrant in half with a wet, echoing CRACK. Xeno vomited a stream of red cosmic blood into the void.

Flash.

Another punch, across the jaw. Teeth. Bone. Blood.

Flash.

Knee to the ribs, bones shattered.

Flash.

Elbow to the spine, Xeno screamed as vertebrae popped and cracked. No regeneration. No resistance.

Just pain.

Flash.

Starman's boot came down on Xeno's face, crushing him against the shattered remains of a floating asteroid. Blood and shards of armor scattered like fireworks.

Montana Bunker – Underground Shelter

Everyone watching flinched but couldn't look away.

Livestream...

@BubbleMom87: …that's not just a beating. That's vengeance.

@FangsOutFan: HOLY, did you hear that snap?! That was his spine!

@ZoeCriesStarman: He threatened Zoe. And now he's being erased.

@BloodMoonUSA: I didn't know I wanted gore… until now.

@ChurchOfStarman: This is wrath. This is righteous.

@GrandmaWatches: I covered my grandson's eyes. But I watched. Oh, I watched.

@BlazeWatcher: I thought I understood power. But this is fury born from love.

@StarmanArchive: I am documenting every frame of this for history. And therapy.

@KingOfVoid: He's not even using heat vision. He wants him to feel everything.

@GalaxyWitness: That's not a hero right now. That's the storm that makes tyrants kneel.

Deep Space – Throne of Ruin

Xeno was barely conscious now.

His helmet gone.

His face, a ruined mess of swelling flesh, red blood, and disbelief.

"Mercy…" he gasped, choking.

Starman hovered over him, crimson eyes locked onto the broken figure.

"I told you," he growled, voice like black thunder, "you already lost."

Xeno tried to crawl. He couldn't move his legs. Could barely move at all.

Starman grabbed him by the throat.

Pulled him close.

"You don't get to speak her name," he hissed. "Not ever again."

And then...

Starman drove him through a planet.

A dead world.

Stone and fire erupted in their wake as he slammed Xeno down with such force the crust split open, magma bursting into space.

He emerged, dragging the unconscious, scorched body of the tyrant.

Montana Bunker and The World in Awe

@KidHero84: …he beat a god with just his hands.

@DaughterOfMars: No gadgets. No weapons. Just grief turned divine.

@FaithRestored: I cried. I sobbed. I stood up and saluted.

@BlazeWatcher: He's not just back. He's a god of love-fueled vengeance.

@LegacyUnbroken: If you ever doubt why Earth survives, remember this.

Deep Space – Final Words

Xeno hung limp in Starman's grasp.

Burned.

Battered.

Humiliated.

"Tell my uncle," Starman whispered again, eyes dimming from red to gold, "I'm not coming to take back a throne…"

He dropped Xeno's body into orbit around a dead sun.

"…I'm coming to end it."
