The sky held its breath.

Troy's glowing blade still hovered just above Seaman's unconscious chest.

But Mr Mars' hand, emerald and unwavering, held it back.

Then he spoke.

"You're a monster, Bubble Boy."

His voice was deep. Calm. Heavy with centuries of wisdom and disappointment.

"You're no different from him. From Starman. Where is your humanity?"

Troy blinked.

Then he laughed.

It wasn't a mad laugh.

It was worse.

Mocking. Clear. Knowing.

"My humanity?" he repeated, stepping back midair, letting his blade dissolve into popped bubbles. "You… a Martian… talking to me about humanity?"

The wind howled between them. The ocean groaned beneath.

Troy's smile twisted.

"I finally understand what my father was trying to teach me."

His voice dropped, sharper now.

"Sometimes… you have to be a monster to deal with monsters."

Mr Mars' eyes flared.

And the air shattered.

BOOM!

They moved.

Blurs of blue and green crashed across the sky like thunderclaps. Every punch a quake, every block a shockwave.

Water below split into trenches. Clouds overhead spun into storms.

Mr Mars phased forward, arm shifting into a jagged blade, slicing at Troy's ribs.

Troy twisted, grabbed Mars' face, and slammed him through a thundercloud, streaking blue light behind them.

CRACK!!

Mr Mars snapped his fingers, phased through Troy's body, emerged behind him, and kicked him into the upper atmosphere.

Troy tumbled, then caught himself mid-spin.

And then charged.

BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!!

A flurry of punches at lightspeed, Mars blocking each with arms of solid energy, dancing in the air like a comet made of purpose.

Troy growled, eyes glowing...

"Stop pretending you're better than him! You followed his orders! You stood by while he killed!"

Mr Mars didn't flinch.

"I followed… because I thought I could change him."

"And now?" Troy spat.

"…Now I see there's nothing left to change."

Troy's fists burned with white-hot power.

Mars' hands began to glow with emerald fire.

And they collided again.

SKKKKKKKRRAAAASHHHH!!!

The clouds exploded. Sonic booms rang across the planet. Ships below rocked as waves churned uncontrollably.

The two titans spiraled through the sky, trading blows at speeds mortal eyes couldn't track.

Troy snarled, grabbing Mars by the neck and dragging him across the sky, hurling him into the stratosphere.

Mr Mars recovered instantly, grabbing a meteor fragment with telekinesis and smashing it down on Troy.

Troy caught it.

Crushed it.

Then surged forward...

And they clashed again.

FLASH...BOOM!!

From orbit, they were two burning stars.

From Earth… they were legends made real.

[LOCATION – Atmosphere → Upper Orbit → Earthbound Skies]

Mr Mars hovered midair, emerald flames dancing in his hands.

Troy's chest heaved. Bruises formed and under his suit as his eyes glowed red with bubbling fury.

Mr Mars floated forward, calm.

"You're not beyond redemption, Bubble Boy. But if you keep going down this path, you will become him."

Troy snarled, veins of silver threading through his arms.

"He was never there for me. And now you try to be?"

He clenched his fists. "No more speeches."

Then the Martian got serious.

In an instant, the entire sky froze, wind stalled, clouds trembled, gravity itself seemed to stutter.

Mr Mars blurred forward.

One hit.

Troy folded from the punch, crashing into the ionosphere. The shockwave lit up the entire Earth's horizon.

Another hit, this one to the gut.

CRUNCH.

Troy vomited blood, bubbles spilling from his mouth and vaporizing in the atmosphere.

Mr Mars didn't stop.

He phased, blitzed, struck with ancient precision, every blow landing like judgment.

Troy spun out, eyes dizzy, mind scattered.

He coughed...and saw it.

One of his bubbles, drifting in zero-g… still intact.

Then it popped and from it, a faint glimmer of reality folded inward, as if the laws of physics hiccupped.

Troy's eyes widened.

"…Wait…"

He snapped his fingers.

A dozen bubbles appeared around him. He dodged a Martian strike by flipping behind one vanishing as it popped...then reappearing above Mars, slamming down with a bubble-charged kick.

BOOM!

The tides turned.

Now it was a war of titans.

Troy danced through bubbles appearing and disappearing like a quantum ninja.

Mars adjusted, phase-shifting his own body to counter, but Troy was everywhere, firing bubble-shards, trapping blasts inside loops, turning space into his playground.

Emerald flame met iridescent force.

Fists collided, time cracked.

From below, it looked like stars colliding.

STILL A STALEMATE.

Then Troy screamed...

And hurled a bubble-ringed punch that warped through four dimensions and slammed Mars into the Earth's edge of space.

Mr Mars countered...telekinetically dragging a nearby meteor...

Troy caught it, arms trembling...

Then he smiled.

He bubbled the meteor, compressing it, magnifying its mass, turning it into a city-killer.

And threw it.

TOWARD EARTH.

The viewers lost their minds.

Mr Mars roared. His eyes flared as he dove.

Faster than sound. Faster than thought.

He caught it, shoulders straining under the mass of doom itself.

Troy's eyes narrowed.

"…Now."

He vanished.

Reappeared behind Mr Mars, blade formed from his bubbles, shimmering, deadly, quiet...

Going for the killing blow.
