"The Earth Heart Birth Essence is guarded by a Golden Ghost Owl at the early Life Profound Realm. It has two subordinates at the peak of the Nine Yuan Nirvana Realm," Little Marten explained. "The first time I went, I didn't expect it to have raised 100,000 Human-Headed Owls. These creatures are good at sound attacks, and coupled with the unique terrain of Magic Sound Mountain, they managed to stop me. At the mountain's peak stood a stone hall, its dark red color like dried blood, giving a sense of oppression.

Inside the hall, an old man in black sat on a throne made of white bones.

Below him were three elders and two young men, all from the Yuan Gate.

Among them was a middle-aged man with dark golden skin.

The middle-aged man looked at the old man on the throne and asked, "Sir, when will reinforcements arrive? If we don't handle that guy soon, I'm worried things will change."

"Soon. They should be here shortly," the old man replied calmly, not mentioning that his messages had been intercepted. For now, they could hold their own at Magic Sound Mountain. Revealing the truth might lead the Golden Ghost Owl to betray them, something he couldn't afford.

Hearing this, the middle-aged man sighed in relief. He was about to speak when a sharp whistle sounded outside.

The hall's occupants turned pale and flew outside.

In the sky, they saw four figures hovering.

"It's you again, you persistent pest!" the middle-aged man growled at Little Marten.

The old man glared, "Are you really going to oppose the Yuan Gate for the Earth Heart Birth Essence?"

"Why not? Does everyone fear the Yuan Gate?" Little Marten sneered. "Without a Reincarnation Realm expert, you're just a second-rate force in the Tianxuan Continent!"

"Insolence!" The old man was furious, even though he knew Little Marten spoke the truth. The Yuan Gate prided itself as the top sect.

"Activate the array!" the old man ordered.

The Golden Ghost Owl waved its hand, and the black trees on the mountain shook. Thousands of hideous Human-Headed Owls emerged, creating an unsettling sight.

"Woo woo!"

The owls stuck their heads into the sound trees, producing sharp cries that echoed through the heavens and earth.
