The ants approached, probably because I was drenched in the blood of their brethren, and that might have activated some sort of anger within them. There was at least… Ah, I don't know, at least over a hundred!
Yes, it was as if a hundred cars were rushing towards us at the same time! The feeling of fighting monsters with my real body is much different than with an Avatar. I feel my heart beating, I feel my hands sweating, I'm a bit nervous.
But that means I'm alive, and that also means I must survive, I must thrive… And I must become stronger too.
"Let's go, everyone! Mark, Rita, Lily, Jenny, at my side! Everyone else provide support behind or at the sides, don't go too far away from one another!" I said. Everyone roared in unison, as the ants reached us, clashing against our weapons and shields, pushing us several steps back immediately.

With a mighty roar, Mark pushed forward, his body quickly beginning to transform as it became partially wooden, and then his wood became black steel wood.
Now we didn't just rely on our Magic Circles or Physiques to fight, but Divine Skills connected to Souls also counted!
Divine Fusion Skills, which everyone now had, were part of that, and I am fairly sure everyone has more than one right now.
Mark too, activated his first one, the power to turn his burning wooden body into burning black steel wood, gaining tremendous power and resilience.
And then, as his knife turned into a giant blazing sword, he swung it down vertically and horizontally, as large arms made of black steel wood, covered on flames, surged from his body, punching the ants as he slashed others.
SLASH! CLASH! BOOM! CRASH!
Dozens of ants were either cut down or sent flying, with large holes and cracks all over their bodies, Mark as a true menace now, and he was incredibly strong.
The thing is, he wasn't even going all-out yet.
"Alright! Let's get to it!"
Lily got to work, swinging her pickaxe crushing the heads of Ants one after another, as they splattered everywhere, spreading their green blood as they were hit.
Lily's IRL Magic had also expanded and become stronger, she expanded a Domain of her own, as the ground surrounding her started brimming with ores and crystals.
Then, she used her many Physique Skills such as Earthy Physique, Earth Spirit Body, Metallic Skin, and Ore Absorption to encase her entire body on an armor of steel and crystals, which also enhanced her physical strength through the roof.
"{Mountain Shattering Strike}!"
The activated her Pickaxe's Ability, unleashing a destructive strike that made the entire area around her shake and shatter apart into pieces.
BOOOM!
The Ants were caught in the destructive attack, falling into holes formed from the cracks and then pierced by sharp crystal spears waiting them below.
CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!
"Okay fuckers, who wants to die first?!"
Rita quickly created two copies of herself made of shadows through the Shadow Self Physique ability, followed by firing with her gun, which changed into a larger, draconic weapon that shot black lasers.
Meanwhile, the two Shadow Selves conjured magic to slow down foes such as Lolth's Abyssal Spiderweb, and quickly destroy them with a barrage of rapid fire with Void Bullets.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The Ants couldn't even touch her before they were reduced to minced meat, splattering into the ground and covering everything with their guts and green blood.
She had yet to use her Divine Fusion Skills, mostly because they cost a lot of Mana, and some have temporary effects only.
However, when things get serious, I'm sure she'll get serious too.
"SHYAAAAAGGH!"
Over a dozen Ants confronted me at once, five of them were constantly trying to bite through my scale and metallic feather armor, as I activated my Physique's transformation and reinforced its defenses with more spells such as Holy Radiant Draconic Angel Armor and Four Angelic Wings of Silver and Gold.
CLANK! CLANK! CLANK! CLANK!
"Alright Irene, time to change a little bit!"
Using a combination of Spirit Infusion and Spirit Fusion, Irene absorbed my expanding Domain's Spirits, which have already started popping up, although not as fast as with my Avatar, rapidly changing her.
This time, I didn't add just simple spirits though! Through the Angelic Spirit Fusion and the Angelic Dragon Spirit Summon Physique Abilities, I summoned mighty Angelic Spirits which I quickly fused into her.
FLUOSH!
These powerful Spirits gave her a completely new, temporary form, resembling a larger, much more robust great sword that could usually only be wielded two-handedly.

The World's Voice sounded more system-like as the bond to the Skill, which was connected to the System of Arcadia activated.
And then…

I unleashed three consecutive techniques at once, smashing down the ants through Divine Holy Smite and shattering their Defenses, then piercing through their bodies with Divine Draconic Execution and killing several of them, and then finishing off any of them that remained alive with several consecutive, explosive blows resembling a rain of stars.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
BOOOM!
