Binjiang Police Affairs

Si Gang's economic development is far from being as good as Linghai's.

Gaoru from the Northern Three Counties, having a bit of the Yangtze River coastline and being relatively close to Binjiang District, and having successfully gone from a county to a county-level city, is reluctant to associate with younger brothers like Si Gang and Dongru, and doesn't even consider itself part of the Northern Three Counties, but the fact is, it is.

Linghai and Dongqi don't want to associate with it, not even Changzhou, that wall grass.
