Chapter 93: Akirion Versus The Draemori 6
The monster hit hard with its back on the ground. A big thud was heard, followed by the dust that enveloped the ground as if a bomb had exploded, filling the air. The citizens stayed indoors; they didn't want to get attached to fighters or enemies. The ones that wanted to watch, they watched using the shop windows since there were many shops.
Some people lived in some apartments that were there, but mostly, that place was for shopping. Many people were in their homes; as for the late shoppers, shops closed while they were inside since the fight had already started.
Akirion made a scary sneer, his eyes on the Drai that was on the ground, lying on its hurting back.
Suddenly, Akirion's face cleared of all the evil as he glared at Elina, who was still unconscious while the blood flowed down her lips. He glared at her and jumped down from the roof and approached Elina.
Suddenly, a vacuum blade headed for Elina, who was being approached by Akirion. Akirion angrily glared at the shot vacuum blade, and he suddenly dispelled it.
He rushed towards Elina and felt her cold body. He checked her pulse, but he saw and felt nothing. He then thought of listening in on her chest, but he held himself as he glared at her chest and shook his head.
His tears flowed down his cheeks; some of his tears dropped on Elina's face. Suddenly, he came up with an idea to help her if she's still alive.
He started using Terraverde on her, trying to heal the wounds in her body. Tears didn't stop flowing from his eyes. He kept on sniffing while he looked at her.
The healing process was completed, but Elina didn't show any movement or any love for the bright nature. Her mouth stopped drooling blood, and her nose too.
Akirion stood up, his left fist clenched while his right hand tightly held a sword. He looked behind him where the Drai was lying at; suddenly, he found nothing, and the Drai didn't leave a trace, but its smell was still strong.
The monster was standing on the roof where Akirion was, looking at its slowly regenerating arm. It saw Akirion standing, his face on Elina, while Akirion was tracking it.
Akirion was standing quietly while using air magic. His crazy aura loomed around him, slowly getting scarier and scarier.
Akirion saw the monster using his magic; the monster remained distracted. It didn't know what he was doing while in its mind, it thought that maybe he was still ruminating about her or if she was alive, they would be chatting. It didn't care what was happening; it only wanted its arm to be back to normal.
Suddenly, it looked at Elina and found an empty space where Akirion was standing. Its eyes widened, and it started to look around searching for him, but he was nowhere to be found. The monster started looking around the apartment, but suddenly…. A scary voice echoed behind it, "Looking for me?" Akirion asked, his face looking dark as he got angry. His voice was growling, his eyes blazing with rage as he glared at the monster.
The monster gulped, its eyes widened while glaring at Akirion. Its mind raced as it asked itself when he got on top of the roof. Before it finished its silent question, Akirion explained what happened.
"I'm sure you are asking yourself, how did I get here? If so, then you don't need to worry; before your last breath, I'll tell you what I did because you can't die thinking that maybe I cheated, isn't that right?"
The Drai remained silent without any movements, only its arm slowly regenerated.
Akirion continued, "I used a teleport!" Akirion said, while he ran towards the Drai. Suddenly, a dark round circle was created in the middle of the air, and Akirion disappeared where the circle was. Its eyes widened, but that couldn't help; suddenly, Akirion's voice echoed behind the monster.
It galloped while the sword lay on its neck.
"Don't worry, I won't kill you." Akirion said while removing his sword off the monster's neck.
"So now I hope you've understood what I mean by teleport and how it works. Now it's time to show you that what you did to Elina was not supposed to be done. I didn't want to keep the game unfair, and your hand—it's almost there! So, there's no cheating. I'll help your regeneration." Akirion said as he started healing the Drai.
The Drai was taken aback by his actions; his words and everything looked and felt different.
The healing process was completed, and Akirion said some words before he disappeared.
"You should regret what you did, and now it's time to regret."
Akirion disappeared suddenly; the Drai felt a movement on its side. That's when it blocked the sword, and a spark was seen in the dark since the place was dark.
The sparks and sounds of a sword clashing with something metallic were heard since the Drai had its own weapon, which was its body.
The clashes continued; the monster only followed its feelings since it didn't see Akirion.
Suddenly, Akirion came back into sight and said, "I guess you are all set now; now it's time to face the dark!"
The monster stood quiet, its face hinting confusion. Akirion saw that and said clear words, "I meant that it's time to die."
The monster grinned scarily, its eyes glued to Akirion.
Akirion ran towards the Drai and exchanged 5 shots, and then he jumped into a portal and restarted the attack.
He rushed again, his eyes blazing with rage while his heart sobbed and raced at the same time. Fear, anger, and emotions flooded his heart, leaving him all stressed out.
Fear was for losing Elina…!
Anger was for the Drai that sent Elina to such a state…!
Emotions were going with fear, all mixed up, getting him to almost cry, but anger blocked that, getting him all worked up.
He rushed towards the Drai, his voice echoing in the middle of the night.
"Why did you do that to Elina!"
