Panacea was mentioned In Overlord but never by name so I made some adjustments to what little we know about it. The Witcher Series will technically contain The Witcher 4 but don't ask me what it is about cause I have no clue. I was very surprised that the Witcher 4 trailer came out not long ago. Mace Windu returns and I just have to think of when to have Nick Fury meet his long-lost twin brother. A more in-depth explanation of the Time Twirler is as follows. The Timeloop can go any length but no time outside the loop passes. So someone could be trapped in the loop for 1000 Years and then get out and no time will have passed. A being that is unaffected by Time will still be stuck in the Timeloop they will just be aware that they are in a Timeloop. So you could use it to make a Dormammu vs Dr. Strange kind of situation. Just getting the Time Twirler won't allow you to disable the Timeloop. You would need to activate it again to disable the Timeloop. If someone used the Time Twirler and Rio was caught in its radius then he would be in the Timeloop but due to his Temporal Immuntiy, he would be aware that he is in a Timeloop. Even if someone had the Time Stone they would still be susceptible to the Timeloop. They would just be aware of the Timeloop. As for the effective max radius, it depends on the amount of magic the user gives the Artifact. If no magic is given then the max radius would be around a square kilometer. Theoretically, the max radius is infinite if you can give enough mana. It would likely destroy the Time Twirler after the Timeloop ends but it could do it at least once. Do know that the Time Twirler is fairly fragile and prolonged use can make it more brittle. Rio can repair it but still. Until next time Ciao.
