POV Rio

It was the day I decided to use 2 of the 3 wishing items. To do so, I moved to a planet in the middle of nowhere. It was a planet covered in lava—basically, Mustafar if nothing was living on it. I pulled out Ouroborus.

Rio: "Ouroborus I wish for the Quantum Realm and everything in it to cease to exist and no Quantum Realm or equivalent can replace it. Nothing is allowed to undo this and lastly, it won't negatively affect anyone outside the Quantum Realm by granting this wish."

A subtle ripple spread throughout the Multiverse that only the most powerful of beings could vaguely sense. For those that detected it, they couldn't find where it came from or what it was about. Most of them went back to doing what they do best doing nothing productive.

'Okay, now to retreat temporarily. Oh, a system alert. I will read it later.'

The ring vanishes and I feel the wish take effect. I retreat to the Astral Realm and wait for anything. I don't see or sense anything so I move to another random uninhabited planet. The one I went to this time was a Frozen Planet.

Rio: "Takkarapto Totoronbo Pupiritto Paro."

A bright flash light originates from the Cerealian Dragon Balls and a sizeable cyan and white dragon appears.

Toronbo: "I have been summoned, now speak your wish and I shall tell you if I can grant it."

Rio: "I wish for All beings truly loyal to me or the Crystal Imperium now or in the future to speak and understand all languages. When they speak it will be like they are under an auto-translate spell. This should not interfere in their ability to learn any languages they want."

Toronbo: "Hmm, I cannot grant the wish completely. They will not be able to speak all languages but they will be under the effect of an auto-translate spell so it appears and sounds like they are speaking the language of those they are trying to speak with. Is that good enough for you?"

Rio: "Will it only affect those who are truly loyal both now and in the future?"

Toronbo: "Yes, but I will tell you that this wish is tied to you as I can tell all time travel is disabled when you are present in the universe. It will continually update with new loyal beings. Even I can not change those who exist in the future but I can alter reality so the wish continues to affect those who meet the criteria you set forth."

Rio: "Then that is all I wanted."

Toronbos eyes glow and then he speaks again.

Toronbo: "Very well. Your wish has been granted. I suggest you leave here as I sense eyes starting to look this way."

Rio: "It was nice to meet you and thank you for the warning."

I vanish into the Astral Realm and watch as Toronbo disappears. After he disappears several sorcerers come through a portal and begin investigating.

Sorcerer 1: "I don't get it this presence was similar to the one we detected on Venus but yet again there isn't any trace of the being."

Sorcerer 2: "Could it be the Lords of Anguish trying to draw us away from Earth?"

Sorcerer 3: "I doubt that. The Ancient One is still on Earth. Moreover, the great barrier is still in place. I think it's probably a rouge mage from Limbo doing experiments. We just need to pressure Belasco to control his subjects."

Sorcerer 1: "I don't know isn't the Ancient One seem off as of recently. She rarely leaves her home and then suddenly she left her home late a week ago and nobody knows where she went. Then she returns looking like she aged a decade."

Sorcerer 2: "We must not question the Sorcerer Supreme. She knows what is best and we must simply continue to do our job."

Sorcerer 1: "Yes, I suppose you are right. If she needed help she would surely ask for assistance."

After they look around for a bit they leave without answers. However, their lack of OPSEC has made me learn of things I will need to think about.

'I vaguely remember Belasco is some mage or Demon. Either way, he is a villain and likes to kidnap little girls. As for Lords of Anguish maybe it is referring to the Archipelago of Anguish or something like that. The name just clearly states it is not a nice place. I'll wait for when I get a disposable temp summon.'

Once I am done contemplating this info and recording it I move to my next stop today. Hank Pym's house. I teleport into his home and find him sitting in a recliner watching TV. I am under Force Cloak so his ants can't warn him as I sneak up behind him and make him fall asleep. Once he is asleep I drain his mind of everything. Then once I finish I make him have a stroke. Then I steal all of the tech he has hidden. Once I leave I decide to read the alerts and check how much I gained.

Note: Only decreases the chance of an attack, not a guarantee. ]

[Name: Near Infinite Karma Points

Gives the user a 100% boost to the Charisma stat. User can change their Karma stat at will to be anywhere between near negative and positive infinity. Boosts the power of Karma-based spells depending on the Karma stat set. ]

(AN: Most of the effects of Near Infinite Karma Points are not effective in reality and instead this is more like if somehow Rio died permanently.)

[Name: Perfected Azura's Star

Allows the user to store an infinite amount of souls of any size and use them as fuel for spells or rituals. Does not keep the consciousness unless the user wants. Can also toggle whether or not the soul of the one taken is allowed to join the afterlife or reincarnation cycle. Requires the use of a Soul Trap spell to capture the soul. Soul Trap spell specific to the Star is added to the user. Cannot be corrupted or destroyed. ]

'Wow, I am both terrified and relieved that I completed this quest. I didn't even think that The Hunger existed here or that it might have got out eventually. Karma modification at will is fairly useful. The Charisma boost is maybe more useful. The additional system points have nearly tripled my points. Azura's Star is weak now but can be theoretically one of my most powerful items.'

After going over all I gained I moved to deal with Darren Cross as well. I would also make sure to steal all the info from the company before destroying their servers and research. Then I would steal most of the money they have.

I got a few Billion dollars and some fairly basic tech by our standards. I would probably only use it under the disguise of Team Galatic. The most interesting thing I got was the Pym Particles. There were downsides to using the particles like Hank was but I decided to write everything I learned and put it with the other data before giving it to the Science Division. I added a warning about the adverse effects and told them to be careful.

'Okay, what is the next thing I will be doing now? Oh yes go to Scott Lang and give him a job. I also need to destroy VistaCorp as they are stealing money.'

I met with Scott Lang and offered him a job based on his qualifications. He wasn't working at VistaCorp yet but instead stealing from criminals via hacking. I was disguised as a LexCorp talent scout. He had just recently got married so he agreed to put his skills to better work. I then contacted Lex to get the job arranged.

'Okay now for VistaCorp.'

It was easy to break VistaCorp as Monika just released their files online for everyone to see. They had a lot of skeletons that they were hiding. Senator Amidala made a speech about the morally unacceptable behavior of this company. The company valuation crashed and many members of the company were arrested. The company started hemorrhaging money.

'I will either acquire the company or make it go bankrupt.'

Authors Note:

The Hunger is the Zombie Virus of the Marvel Universe. With the Quantum Realm ceasing to exist it means Kang ceased to be. I wanted to hint at something the Ancient One is doing or has done. Rio doesn't know everything about Marvel but he can gain more info by asking Bartleby. I had Hank Pym killed for various reasons but mostly so Pym Particles no longer exist or rather cannot exist again. I hope you enjoyed the chapter and until next time Ciao.
