Chapter 22: Confrontation of Mental Powers

After observing the attributes of the Tiger King, Noah began to think about countermeasures. Yun follows the dragon and Feng follows the tiger; this guy is faster than me, and his combat power is considerable. To subdue this mighty tiger without getting injured, I must devise some clever strategies.

Suddenly, Noah's three eyes burst into a purple light, enveloping the area with a special power. "The Eye of Spiritual Illusion starts!" Noah exclaimed as he activated the skill. His plan was to pull the Tiger King into a dreamland during its sleep using this unique pupil technique. It silently invaded the Tiger King's brain, drawing it into an illusion with no defense.

At this moment, tiger roars echoed near the Black-striped Tiger King, who immediately stood and stared in the direction of the sound. Three large tigers, identical in size, were slowly approaching. The Black-striped Tiger King looked puzzled, approaching cautiously. It had already claimed this mountain range, so why were there suddenly three similar tigers appearing, seemingly matching its strength? Were they coming from other territories?

There was no time to ponder as the three tigers quickly lunged at it. The four tigers immediately engaged in a fierce battle, toppling trees and rocks. A yellow-striped tiger king swiped at the black-striped tiger king, leaving five deep claw marks on its face.

"Roar!~Pa!" the Black-striped Tiger King roared, flicking its tail to whip the yellow-striped tiger king away. Still, the burning pain on its face persisted, blood dripping. The white-striped tiger king took the opportunity to pounce on it again.

"Get away from me! I feel like clawing you to death!" the Black-striped Tiger King roared angrily. Who wouldn't be furious being unexpectedly attacked by three king-level beasts while asleep?

But the three tigers ignored its rage, continuing their assault. As the battle escalated, the Black-striped Tiger King managed to kill one tiger, while the others continued their onslaught, leaving the Tiger King injured as well. Notably, this Black-striped Tiger King's combat experience and awareness surpassed Noah's, causing a simulated challenge as Noah had transformed himself into these tigers.

In the 3 vs. 1 scenario, the Black-striped Tiger King managed to kill one tiger, highlighting the difficulty Noah would face in a 1V1 situation. Realizing its deteriorating condition, the Tiger King resorted to its special skill "Serving the Tiger." Instantly, ten different creatures materialized from the Black-striped Tiger King's forehead, two of which were human. These ten entities, formed from energy, weren't quite real but rushed to engage the two tiger kings. Although not as strong, they effectively distracted the tiger kings.

With its eyes turning red, the Black-striped Tiger King let out a terrifying roar, its body changing from black to blood-red. It then transformed into a red light, striking one of the Yellow-striped Tiger Kings. "Uh-huh!" The head of the Yellow-striped Tiger King was suddenly split into two by the Black-striped Tiger King's deadly claw, killing the opponent instantly.

Then he rushed towards another white-striped tiger king, opened his huge mouth, and bit off the cervical vertebra of the second tiger king. It fell to the ground with a thud, and the ten ghosts returned to its forehead. Panting violently, the blood-red hair on its body turned black! The Black-striped Tiger King had clearly reached his limit and had no ability to continue fighting.

As it was licking its wounds, a strong sense of danger entered its mind. It looked up into the depths of the jungle. A white-striped tiger, one-third larger than its size, appeared in its field of vision! The black-striped tiger was stunned for only a second, then turned around and ran away without hesitation. According to its speculation, even in his prime, he might not have been able to defeat this terrifying tiger, let alone in his broken state now.

It ran away quickly while sensing the situation behind it, but, surprisingly, it didn't detect the terrifying tiger chasing it. This made him breathe a sigh of relief. The Black-striped Tiger King thought, "What is going on today? So many Level 4 people of the same kind? Strange!" After running for more than ten minutes, it was finally too tired to continue. The injuries weighed heavily on him. Just as he was about to lie down and rest, the terrifying tiger from before appeared again. The black-striped tiger king began to curse crazily in his heart, "Is it over? Do you really want to exhaust me to death?"

Still, it calmed down and began to transmit a message: "This territory belongs to you! Isn't it okay for me to leave?" But the terrifying tiger didn't respond and continued to approach slowly. "Damn it! Even if you want to kill me, you have to pay the price!" the black-striped tiger king threatened. Suddenly, the terrifying big tiger rushed towards it, so fast it was shocking. The Black-striped Tiger King was prepared to die, but he hoped to seriously injure this hateful opponent before that happened. It accelerated towards the other side, and the two collided with each other.

The white-striped tiger landed firmly on the ground without stepping back, but the black-striped tiger king was knocked away a hundred meters and fell heavily to the ground. It slowly stood up and a mouthful of blood spurted from its mouth. The impact had broken several bones, worsening its condition. He was no match for the opponent in strength or speed, and probably couldn't seriously injure the opponent now.

Just when it was about to fight to the death, it realized something was wrong. It had set up many warning points in this mountain range. As long as there were dangerous creatures, it should have detected them immediately. Moreover, it possessed the talent of "Danger Sense." How had these tigers appeared in its territory unnoticed? It had been fighting without realizing this, but it reacted now, faced with death.

As a creature capable of controlling the soul, it was familiar with illusions and mental attacks. It released three ghosts and immediately ordered, "Attack me quickly!" The three ghosts were momentarily stunned but attacked anyway. The scene changed, and he found himself lying in the same place where he had originally slept. His body was intact as before. There was no scary tiger! He seemed to have been under an illusion, anger and confusion crossing its face. "Who are you? Come out!" the Black-striped Tiger King said angrily.
