Became a Demon with Pregnancy System

Chapter 6: Chapter 6: Tanya Reed

He recalled that Tanya was a skilled teacher who had helped many students.

"In this wilderness, she could run into dangerous demons," Luke thought. "I should make sure she's safe."

Determined, Luke descended toward Tanya.

However, as he approached, Tanya sensed the disturbance.

Reacting quickly, she vanished into the shadows.

"Impressive," Luke thought. "She's using shadow magic to hide."

He admired her skills but was concerned for her safety.

"Teacher Tanya, you're quite good at hiding," he said aloud, even though she couldn't hear him.

Luke decided not to pursue her aggressively.

Instead, he cleared the surrounding area of any lurking demons.

Flapping his massive wings, he generated gusts of wind that uprooted trees and destroyed hiding spots where demons might be lurking.

With the area now safer, Tanya's hiding place became visible.

"How is this possible?" Tanya whispered, looking up at the Skywing Wolf.

"Why is it here? Has Silvercrest already fallen?"

She bit her lip, quickly connecting stars to form a fire spell.

"Fire Fist: Nine Palaces!" she invoked, summoning pillars of flame.

She knew she wasn't a match for a commander-level demon, but she was prepared to defend herself.

Luke watched the rising flames with interest.

"She's strong and courageous," he thought.

"I don't want to harm you," he called out gently. "I'm here to help."

Tanya was startled. Did the Skywing Wolf just speak?

"Stay back!" she warned, readying another spell.

Luke possessed his own fire attribute, granting him great resistance to flames.

Moreover, Tanya's "Fire Burst: Nine Flames" was a mid-level spell and didn't pose a significant threat to him. At best, it felt like a warm breeze.

"Interesting," Luke thought, feeling a thrill from the chase—especially when the prey puts up a fight.

He gently placed Zoe on his wing for safekeeping. Then, his massive claws slowly moved toward Tanya, creating an oppressive force that surrounded her completely.

This method was the safest way Luke could think of to approach her without causing harm.

Although Luke was at the commander level, his spiritual power was only at the peak of the first order. His control over space magic was similar to that of a human mid-level mage at the third tier.

For Tanya, who was also a mid-level mage, his strength was just right.

After all, the damage from his wind and fire attributes could be too overwhelming, and Luke didn't want to risk hurting her.

"This is impossible!" Tanya exclaimed, feeling the immense pressure enveloping her. "How can the Skywing Wolf wield spatial powers like this?"

Few demons could manipulate space magic directly; most used it as an enhancement to their physical attacks. The spatial confinement Luke had used earlier was unusual enough, but now he was controlling space with finesse.

"You can't escape, Teacher Tanya," Luke said with a smile, flapping his wings.

With the trees around her destroyed by Luke's earlier attacks, Tanya had no shadows to utilize for escape. The flame elements gathering around her offered little defense against him.

Breaking through the flames, Luke's majestic wolf form appeared right in front of her.

Under Tanya's startled gaze, he gently but firmly picked her up and soared into the sky.

"Tanya and Zoe, safely secured," Luke thought, pleased.

Holding both of them, he flew swiftly, like a guardian eager to return home.

The strong winds at high altitude caused Tanya's neatly tied hair to unravel, cascading over her shoulders and giving her a disheveled appearance.

Her mind was equally unsettled.

She had braced herself for a fatal blow from the Skywing Wolf, memories of her loved ones flashing through her mind.

But instead, she was captured?

"What is he planning to do?" Tanya wondered.

Could this demon have some higher intelligence or purpose?

She tried to calm her racing thoughts, considering all possibilities.

After about ten minutes of flight, they arrived at Luke's territory: Blue Wolf Valley.

In the Demon Wolf Clan of the southern region, there were over twenty commander-level wolf beasts. However, the true leaders were the two monarch-level wolf kings—a male and a female. The female wolf king, in particular, possessed great strength.

Luke landed in his domain, which was notably different from the others. His territory had numerous stone monuments inscribed with ancient texts and frescoes. He glanced at them briefly but decided there were more pressing matters at hand.

Looking at the two people in his care, Luke smiled gently.

"What kind of interactions will occur between a spirited high school student and a strong-willed teacher?" he mused. "I guess I'll find out soon."

"Tanya?" Zoe's voice quivered.

"Zoe? You're here too?" Tanya exclaimed, surprised to see her.

Luke's wingspan was vast, and during the flight, Tanya hadn't noticed Zoe in his other grasp. Now, in the cave, she realized they were both there.

"Skywing Wolf, what do you intend to do?" Tanya demanded, summoning her courage. She stood protectively in front of Zoe, determination shining in her eyes.

She knew it might be futile, but as a teacher, she felt compelled to protect her student.

Luke observed Tanya's brave stance and couldn't help but admire her.

"Teacher Tanya, there's no need to be afraid," he said softly.

Both Tanya and Zoe were taken aback.

"Did... did it just speak?" Zoe whispered.

"How is that possible?" Tanya replied, equally astonished.

Seeing their confusion, Luke decided to reveal more.

A soft glow enveloped him as he consumed the Transformation Pill from his starter pack.

Moments later, the light faded, and in place of the massive Skywing Wolf stood a tall young man with striking features. His eyes retained a hint of their previous wildness, and his hair had a unique blue-black hue.

"Allow me to introduce myself," Luke said with a gentle smile. "My name is Luke."
