After he spoke, neither of them refused. It was just a ribbon-cutting, and it was mainly out of respect for Su Ping.

However, once these four names were announced, the room fell silent.

Most of the people present did not know who Lin Lei was. However, coming from the Beast Tamer Legion, he clearly wasn't an ordinary character.

They might not have known Lin Lei, but how could they possibly not know President Liu of the Breeder Association?

Li Shu stared incredulously at the front row. Sure enough, four figures stood up simultaneously and walked towards the main podium.

Scissors wrapped in red cloth were placed in the hands of the four individuals.

And among them was Su Ping, wearing what Li Shu instantly recognized as his 'Su Ping-style fake smile.'

Li Shu's eyes lit up with excitement.

This special feeling, akin to 'bumping into an old acquaintance in a foreign land,' felt truly wonderful to him.

However, unlike his son, Li Senlin understood more clearly what this all represented and what had transpired.

From the very beginning, Li Senlin had seen that this young Breeder was no mere fish in a pond. But Li Senlin had never imagined that this 'fish' was already on the verge of Dragon Transformation, and in such a short time too!

Li Senlin's expression was somewhat complex.

Li Shu, however, had already snapped out of his daze. Without a second thought, he pulled a cell phone from his pocket. He aimed it upwards and took a photo of Su Ping and the others, who were following the host's directions on the stage. Then, he immediately sent it to their old student group chat, which had been quiet for a long time.

Su Ping had left the group chat long ago. After graduation, the classmates had all gone their separate ways and chatted infrequently.

Undoubtedly, Li Shu's photo popping up was quite sudden.

"Bro Ping looks so cool!"

"Is that Su Ping? Is he at a ribbon-cutting? Is his family's breeding base opening a branch?"

If it were any other time, Li Shu would have definitely chimed in. But now, looking at his phone, his brow furrowed slightly.

Opening a branch? Why would they think that? Don't they know who those people on stage are? If it were just a branch opening, why would there be such a huge commotion?

For a moment, Li Shu was unsure what to say.

His message had undoubtedly attracted the attention of some classmates. They had all witnessed Su Ping's capabilities before.

Now, most of them were singing his praises. Even Zhou Shuchen sent a message:

"Classmate Su Ping is truly remarkable. He might even become the pride of our Sixth Middle School, Class Two, in the future! We should all learn from Classmate Su Ping! /Thumbs Up/Thumbs Up/Thumbs Up."

This attitude was a stark contrast to his demeanor a few months prior.

But perhaps because of this, Li Shu was once again unsure what to say. Should he just start bragging to these former classmates in the group chat on Su Ping's behalf? Tell them that the amiable, smiling old man standing right next to Su Ping was Vice President Liu of the Jianghai Breeder Association? That the woman beside him was the renowned Queen Dong of Jianghai? Tell them that their former classmate was now capable enough to start a company in partnership with Dong Muyun! But even if he told them, would they understand who Dong Muyun was, or what being the Vice President of the Breeder Association truly represented? Perhaps the end result would be the same regardless. To most of them, the Su Ping of the past and the Su Ping of today were essentially the same: just incredibly impressive.

And so, after the initial, restless urge to share this earth-shattering secret had subsided, Li Shu found himself unsure of what to say in the group chat. He thought he could somewhat understand Su Ping's feelings now. Sometimes, certain things were just... rather pointless.

At that moment, Li Shu suddenly understood many things. He somewhat understood why Su Ping had left this so-called "classmates' group chat" so long ago. He also understood why, after his return from the Heart of Woods, his contact with Su Ping had dwindled. It was different from before, when they could occasionally exchange a few casual words. Now, it had been over a month since they had last chatted.
