The intense explosion lifted a sky full of dust, obscuring everyone's view of the aftermath.

While the siege fell into a momentary standstill, the battle on Chu Chen's side never ceased.

This Human-faced Poison Spider was very powerful and extremely troublesome.

However, this scenario was akin to a double-edged sword; if the indirectly controlled Human-faced Poison Spider died, the contracted one would starve itself despite the master's persuasion.

Furthermore, carrying the Human-faced Poison Spider was extremely inconvenient, requiring Beast Taming Equipment.

During combat, it was difficult to command promptly; sometimes, it even became a hindrance.

"What should we do next?" Wang Lu asked in a low voice.

Hearing this, Chu Chen responded solemnly, "Let's continue having Lei Yao and Nirvana as the main attackers, and you guys provide support from the side."

Seeing this, Lei Yao dared not take it head-on and quickly turned to dodge. It hadn't even had time to counterattack before another spider spear of the Human-faced Poison Spider shot forward, forcing it to evade again, with no chance to strike back.

Nirvana, however, was more reckless in its combat style, charging directly at the other Human-faced Poison Spider with its Earth Rock Armor.

The Human-faced Poison Spider could hardly refuse food delivered to its doorstep. It raised its spider spear and stabbed straight at Nirvana.

With a heavy "bang," the spider spear struck hard onto the Earth Rock Armor.

The thick Earth Rock Armor cracked instantly, but it did not shatter completely.

Nirvana continued its stride, charging straight to the Human-faced Poison Spider, its giant Ao Clamp snapping at the spider spear on the side.

The Human-faced Poison Spider encountered such a fierce opponent for the first time, leaving it unprepared and giving Nirvana a chance.

It was too late to dodge; the Ao Clamp clamped down tightly on the spider leg, then gave a fierce shake of its head, severing the slender spider leg into two.

Screaming angrily from the pain, the Human-faced Poison Spider dared not stay and, with the force of its remaining seven legs, leaped several zhang away.

Seeing this, Chu Chen was surprised by the Human-faced Poison Spider's strong strength, with spider legs of tremendous power and such a massive body appearing so light.

The battle for Nirvana seemed under temporary control, while Lei Yao was stuck in a bind, with the Human-faced Poison Spider attacking so swiftly that Lei Yao struggled to find a chance to counterattack.

Seeing this, Chu Chen immediately launched a "Soul Spike" at the Human-faced Poison Spider.

The "Soul Spike" was only palm-sized, entirely semi-transparent, emanating intense Soul Power fluctuations.

The "Soul Spike" moved incredibly fast, appearing before the Human-faced Poison Spider in the blink of an eye.
