Beast Taming: Reincarnated With The Ultimate Bond System!

Chapter 100: Chapter : 100 : Albinos!

The guard at the gate stopped them. The guards came toward the carriage.

"A goblin?" The guard muttered to himself.

"Is that a problem?" Zera asked, cautiously.

"Depends on you intend, ma'am." One of the guard replied.

"We have royal approval from our kingdom to enter the capital." Zera explained.

"You mean the Goblin King?"

Zera nodded.

"Can I see your so called approval?" The other guard asked.

"Yes." Zera replied, handing him the rolled up parchment.

"We need to inspect the people inside. Can you ask them to come out?" One of the guard asked.

Zera nodded and turned toward the sliding window, signaling them to come out.

---

The sliding window shut with a soft click. Aiden let out a breath and glanced at Luna leaning against him.

Her face was pale, but her blue eyes never left him. She whispered softly, clutching his arm tighter. "Master… don't leave me…"

He placed a hand gently on her hair. "I'm not going anywhere, Luna. Why are being so dramatic?"

She nodded, burying her face in his shoulder like a spoiled wolf refusing to let go. "I just want all your attention, Master. Take responsibility for your actions."

Aiden sighed, smiling softly toward her.

Lysandra smoothed out her elegant dark dress before stepping toward the door. "Sir Aiden, if we're going to step out, we must do so with dignity. We are representatives of our kingdom here."

Leona, perched between Aiden and Lysandra, looked curiously outside. "Daddy, are those humans?"

Aiden chuckled, brushing a strand of her crimson hair aside. "Yeah. You'll be seeing a lot more of them soon."

Ivy crawled up from her seat, her big eyes full of nervous excitement. "Onii-chan… w-will they be okay with goblins?"

Before Aiden could answer, Lysandra crossed her arms. "They will have no choice but to be okay. The King's seal is undeniable."

Arisha, sitting near the door with her sword resting against the wall, smirked. "Let them doubt us. A single glare from me and they'll bow."

"Arisha, please don't start a fight at the gates." Aiden sighed.

Arisha chuckled, leaning back casually. "I'm just saying. I wouldn't dare to do anything to embarrass my husband."

"You better." Nyxion warned.

"I just want to be in a bed with My King already." Thristle teased.

"Why are you so shameless?" Vegia muttered.

Zera's voice came from outside. "They're waiting."

Aiden gave Luna's hand a squeeze before standing. He offered his other hand to her. "Come on. Stay beside me."

Luna pouted, her tail twitching nervously, but she stood and clung to his arm tightly.

The carriage door opened, and the group stepped out one by one.

The human guards froze.

First came Aiden, tall and calm. Luna stood at his side, her hand looped around his arm, looking fragile yet sharp-eyed, like a wolf shielding her mate.

Then came Lysandra, stepping down gracefully.

Behind her, little Leona hopped down, holding onto Aiden's sleeve, looking curious and unafraid.

The soldiers exchanged confused glances. "A child…? And she looks like…"

Next was Ivy, clutching Fluffynugget in her arms. The tiny goblin girl smiled nervously, trying to hide behind Aiden's back. Fluffynugget tilted his fluffy head and gave a cheerful squeak.

Arisha followed, her confident smirk making the guards stiffen instinctively.

Then came Thristle and Nyxion, waving their hand toward the guard, smiling toward them. Then shyly, but surely, Vegia came out, clutching her staff.

Zera gestured grandly. "As you can see, we have nothing to hide."

The soldier holding the parchment unrolled it. His brows furrowed as he read the elegant writing. Then, suddenly, his eyes widened.

"Wait… this is… from His Majesty himself…"

The other guards leaned in, whispering.

"What does it say?"

The first guard cleared his throat, reading aloud.

'To the Kingdom of Man— I present Sir Aiden Nightshade, my son-in-law, married to my one and only daughter, Princess Lysandra Grimclaw, father of their adoptive daughter, Leona. At his side is Luna Nightshade, his first wife and eternal companion. With him also stands Arisha, General of our armies, and his wife. Nyxion, a black beauty, one of his wifes. Thristle Chugh, Princess of the Chugh Kingdom we have defeated, also his wife and General Vegia, now sworn ally. Ivy, the goblin child under his protection, and Fluffynugget, his pet. Their entry into your capital is not a request—it is the will of the King. Treat them as honored guests, or as enemies of the crown.'

The guard's voice cracked at the last part. Silence fell across the gate.

The soldiers looked between each other, their faces pale.

"…He… he's the Goblin King's son-in-law? That means—"

"—That means he's basically royalty…"

"And that's the princess… and their adoptive child…"

The air grew tense. The captain of the gate guards stepped forward, his face stern.

"Sir Aiden Nightshade… is this true?"

Aiden met his gaze calmly. "It is." He placed a hand gently on Leona's head. "This is my family. And we're here under the King's order."

Leona puffed her cheeks proudly. "Daddy's telling the truth! And Mummy is a princess!"

Lysandra coughed lightly, embarrassed. "…Sweetheart, that is not how you announce royalty."

Luna clung closer to Aiden, whispering faintly. "Master… I don't like their stares…"

He rubbed her back soothingly. "Ignore them."

"Sir... Can I ask you something if you don't mind?" One of the guard ask.

"Say?"

"Are all of them your wife?" He asked, curiously.

Aiden looked toward his wifes, then at Vegia, smirking toward her, who looked away blushing, knowing full well that she needs play along.

Thristle and Nyxion walked toward Aiden with a mischevious smile, leaning on his back, smiling mischievously toward the guards.

"Yes! So... Stay away." Aiden replied. The weight of his voice, making their knee buckle, his aura making them shiver.

The captain straightened and bowed his head slightly. "Forgive us. We did not expect such… a party. Please, follow us inside. We will escort you to the royal palace immediately."

Arisha smirked. "Now that's better."

The group began getting back inside the carriage. Whispers trailed behind them.

"Did you hear? He's married to a goblin princess…" "And the wolf girl too…" "Even hobgoblins and did you saw that black woman?" "That child… she looks part human, part dragon…" "What kind of man is he…?"

Ivy hugged Fluffynugget tighter, whispering. "Onii-chan… they're talking about us…"

Aiden glanced down at her and smiled. "Let them talk. You don't have to worry about anyone as long as I'm here."

Her cheeks turned red, and she nodded shyly.

Lysandra walked proudly beside him, her head held high despite the murmurs. She whispered under her breath, just for Aiden to hear. "They may whisper now, but soon they'll see. You're not just my husband— You're the greatest man ever."

He smirked. "That almost sounded like a confession, Ly."

Her cheeks flared. "D-don't twist my words, Sir Aiden. And besides, I confessed a long time ago."

Luna tugged his arm possessively, her voice soft but firm. "Master belongs to me first…"

Leona giggled, skipping ahead. "Daddy belongs to all of us!"

Thristle chuckled loudly. "The kid's not wrong."

"This is the weirdest and the loveliest family I have ever seen." Vegia muttered, a small smile tugging at her lips.

"Ohh... That's growth." Thristle teased Vegia.

Vegia looked away blushing.

Even the guards escorting them tried to hide their smiles at the lively banter.

The carriage rolled slowly, luxurious enough but due to it being night time, their were less people on the streey. The curtain of the carriage was open to look outside and because of it, the commoners stopped to stare at the strange procession—humans, goblins, hobgoblins and a beast all together as though it were the most natural thing.

As they neared the inner gates leading to the heart of the capital, Luna tugged at his sleeve. Her face was a bit paler than before.

"Master… I feel tired…"

He meet her eyes. "You alright? Do you need to rest?"

She shook her head, forcing a small smile. "No… I just want to stay close. That's enough."

He kissed her forehead softly. "Then stay right here."

Lysandra watched, her jealousy flickering, but when she noticed Luna's unusual paleness, her expression softened. She stepped closer, speaking quietly. "If she needs helps, ask me anything."

Luna blinked in surprise, then nodded weakly. "…Thank you, Princess."

Thristle crossed her arms, grinning. "Look at that. The two wives getting along. Miracles do happen."

"Shut up." Both women snapped at her at once, making Thristle laugh.

The guards at the inner gate opened the way without hesitation.

"I hope everything goes without any misfortune." Arisha said.

Nyxion placed a hand on our shoulder, smiling softly toward her, "Don't worry. Heartlord will keep us safe if anything happens."

"I want to look around the town when the sun's out." Vegia muttered.

Aiden smiled toward her, " Vegia... Leave everything to me. I promise to give you the best tour ever."

Vegia looked away, blushing, "Baka..."

"Shh..." Lysandra said, pointing toward Luna, finally asleep against Aiden.

Aiden looked at her and smiled, ruffling her hair.

"Lu-Mummy, looks like a baby." Leona giggled from Lysandra's lap.
