AWAKENING - the adventure

Emilia: "Does your brother know?"

Jack: "Yeah, he does, he thinks it's cool, but he doesn't get how dangerous it can be when you shout it out loud"

Emilia: "I think I understand. You know, my dad used to tell me the story of the legendary

three headed Storm-dragon and the legendary hero who was it's host, Kael Thundrend"

Jack: "Yeah, I know that name, the dragons love to talk about him, complaining how they got downgraded from him to me"

Emilia: "Wait they talk to you?"

Jack: "You really don't know much about Beasts, hm"

Emilia: "Only the stories and legends"

Jack: "Trust me, it's not as nice as it seems"

Emilia: "I think I know what you are trying to tell me"

She chuckles a little,

Jack instantly gets red,

Jack: "NO, not like that I ment it differently"

Emilia bursts out laughing, blushing a little,

Emilia: "I know, I know, calm down cool-boy"

Jack calms down, slowly getting his usual skin color again.

Emilia: "To be honest, at first, I thought you are like all the other boys I met, trying to act cool and tough"

Jack: "And then?"

Emilia: "Then i thought you were an asshole, being mean to everyone, but this wouldn't

make sense since you seem to be good buddies with Henry"

Jack: "If you can even call our relationship buddies, more like colleagues"

Emilia chuckles,

Emilia: "Yeah whatever, but I think you are just an overprotective big brother, rejecting everyone for their and your brother's sake, just like me"

Jacks face completely gets red again, making Emilia laugh again.

Jack: "Oh man, I can totally toss away the idea of impressing her"

He says to himself.

Bastante province, after quite a travel they finally arrived.

Eryndor, a town in the bay area, directly at the Tsukikawa river.

Docking their ship at one of the harbors, the group splits up until the evening to do separate things, Henry is on his way to meet his friend, Emilia wants to go shopping and Jack follows Lenny who wants to check out the town.

Lenny: "Whoa, the buildings completely look different then they were in Gravental and

Grenzborg"

Jack: "That's because they are all based on Kagetsu Kingdom structures"

Lenny: "Awesome, I never was outside of Grafenberg province, this is so cool"

Jack: "Let's check for something to eat".

Emilia: "This bag looks cute"

She says about a bag, inside of a designer shop,

Emilia: "Or should I buy this bag".

Henry: "He should be at the city hall; I should check there first"

He says to himself, walking down the street in direction of the city hall.

Jack: "They sell here something called Yakitori, grilled chicken"

Lenny: "Looks good, let me have some"

Jack: "Two portion of Yakitori please"

He says to the seller of a small street-food shop, who is also the cook.

Lenny: "What do you think we should do after eating? I would love to buy some books"

Jack: "Yeah, we can do that"

Lenny: "Come on big bro, you can also do what you want to do"

Jack: "It is what I want to do, as long as you have fun I have too"

Lenny: "I just think that you waste too much energy in being with me"

Jack: "Don't say that Lenny, you the only family I got"

Lenny worries about Jack since he spends a lot of time protecting him; Jack doesn't have anytime for himself and that's what Lenny tries to change.

Seller: "Two servings of Yakitori"

Lennys and Jacks saliva flows out of their mouth from just seeing the perfectly grilled

chicken skewers marinated with a delicious Teriyaki-sauce.

Jack, about to bite the juicy meat of the skewers, pauses, after sensing a strong aura

passing by behind him.

He instantly turns around from the chair he sits on at the street-food shop, looking around worried in search of the mysterious aura.

Lenny: "Whats the matter big bro?"

Jack turns around, biting the grilled chicken of the skewer,

Jack: "Nothing, it was nothing".

Emilia leaves the clothing store located inside a shopping mall.

Emilia: "Been a long time since I went shopping, and I have a lot of money to spend"

She then walks in the hallway, carrying at least three full bags of clothes,

Emilia: "Maybe I should bring the bags to the ship since the harbor isn't that far away, and the bags are getting heavier too"

She walks out of the shopping mall, walking to the harbor direction while sightseeing a little,

Emilia: "A lot of people are outside today; I mean it is sunny after all today and the bay

looks good for swimming today, maybe I should go swimming, maybe I should buy a

new bikini today"

Emilia then drops her bags, turning around quickly after sensing a strong and mysterious aura.

Emilia: "What was that? I-I know that aura, but when did he became this strong?"

She asks herself, before turning around, picking up her bags and again walking towards the harbor.

Henry: "I think the city hall is open today, but I'm also very hungry."

Henry stomach grunts in hunger, he looks down in frustration,

Henry: "Oh man, I don't even have money on me"

He continues walking too the city hall, hopefully meeting his friend.

Henry: "What? He isn't here yet?"

Secretary: "You are half an hour to early, his social work starts at 3:30 pm"

Henry: "Oh man, and I don't even have money to buy me food"

Henry walks out the city hall, sitting frustrated on a bench, near the city hall entrance.

Henry: "I should have asked big sis Emilia for money; I can imagine the mockery I would have gotten after she hands me some cash"

???: "Still getting bullied by your big sis, I see"

A male voice says from behind, a voice Henry is familiar with, after all, it is the one Henry wanted to meet.

A boy, shorter than Henry, with long hair, tied to the back of his head, wearing a dark-green

t-shirt and long dark trousers and on his right hand he holds a classic wooden-head broom.

Henry: "Ichiro!"

Ichiro: "Been a long time, Henry"
