Come on, Zedd, you have to come tonight! Zedd replied, "No matter what you say, Murray, I cannot come. I am busy tonight; I have important work to do."
Murray turned to Kayden and said, "Hey, Kayden, you tell him. You both are childhood friends, right? He will listen to you!"
Kayden replied, "It's pointless, Murray. When Zedd decides on something, he is as stubborn as a rock."
Three military academy students were going back to their dorm. It was the last day before the holidays began.
Zedd, 15 years old, has black hair and piercing blue eyes. He is slightly taller than most teenagers his age, with a perfect body build as a result of the intense training in the military academy, an attractive smile, and an arrogant smirk. He is one of the most prodigious students in the military academy; his grades are extremely high, and within a year, when he turns sixteen, he will become an assassin for the military academy. He looks like a normal student, but he is hiding a secret from the world.
Murray, aged 15, has brown hair and brown eyes. He is skinny and wears glasses. He looks like an innocent kid who would never hurt a single soul, but in truth, he has quite a reputation for being a pervert, peeping on bathing women, female instructors, and students.
Kayden, aged 14, has black hair and black eyes and is a bodybuilder. He was Zedd's childhood friend, but unlike Zedd, Kayden, despite his muscular build, didn't exactly like fighting, so his plan was to become a medic and save the lives of injured soldiers of the academy.
"Argh! You two are so boring, especially you, Zedd!"
"Hey, I am not boring! I come and have fun with you, right?" Kayden retorted.
Zedd replied, "Sorry, but tonight I have important work to do."
Murray replied, "Yeah, yeah, important work sticking your nose under a pile of books, nerd Zeddy!"
Zedd replied, "No matter what nickname you call me, tonight I am busy. I will come tomorrow with you guys."
Kayden replied, "For the last month, you have been using the same excuse. And also, Zedd, you saw the missing report. Another 5 instructors and 2 students have disappeared. This has been a consistent trend of missing reports in the past 6 months, and the academy is frustrated. In total, since last year, there have been 16 missing cases involving students and instructors."
Zedd replied, "How tragic, but what can we do about it? We are just students."
