Ascension of the Draconians

This chapter will contain descriptions of magical items and locations. It will list what they look like and what they can do. Be warned this can contain spoilers later on.

The chapters that these items enter the story will be listed with the items themselves as well.

Some items may be listed before the chapter it is introduced in is posted.

[The Library]: CH 2: the library is a massive library that is owned, controlled and protected by Brakos. Every book in it contains every bit of known information in every world there is.

If someone gains access to The Library, with Brakos' permission they can start to read books and learn the secrets of the world.

When you read a book from The Library the knowledge from the book is engraved onto your soul so no matter what you will never forget it, but there is a limit as to how much you can learn. If you read too much at a time it can damage your soul or even kill you.

[Healing Potions]: CH 11: healing potions don't heal you instantly, they simply increase your body's natural healing process to the point that a wound that would take months to fully heal would be done in a few minutes. Most use these to stop the bleeding or heal from fatal wounds.

When you drink a healing potion it will consume the extra calories in your body and convert them into healing power.

If your body doesn't have enough calories the potions will consume living tissue instead. Starting with fat, then muscle mass and so on, but if does consume living tissue it will cause permanent damage to the body and weaken the person drinking the potion.

[Teleportation Crystal]: Ch 11: a crystal that when broken can teleport both the person who broke it and several other people within a 10 ft radius to a location the breaker has been before. Can only be used once and can only be made by high-ranking mages and spirits

[Magic Wands/Staffs]: CH 12: magic tools like these are commonly used by mages. Wands with elemental crystals like Jack's wand give boosts to the power of spells and ease of use for spells of the same element but spells of different elements will suffer a debuff depending on their compatibility.

Jack has a lightning wand so lightning magic will become more powerful. If he uses earth magic he will find it very hard and weaker. If he uses fire magic as they are closely related he will find it easier but find no power difference.

Normally mages can only use elemental weapons if they have an affinity with that magic. Jack can only use lightning crystals as he has a lightning affinity.

Magic is all about perspective. If one can find a common relation between 2 elements the wand will work better so if Jack uses his knowledge from his past life, he can use magic to much higher degrees with just a lightning wand.

[Storage Ring]: CH 41: A ring capable of storing items inside of itself based on the desires of the wielder. The ring's max storage space is about equivalent to a small apartment.
