The Three Principles of Begging in Parallel Universes:

Be bold, meticulous, and thick-skinned.

Provide emotional value to the existence of parallel universes.

Take payment first, then deliver results. Be trustworthy and decisive.

Looking at the three principles he had set for himself when he first crossed over, Link couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia.

It had been three or four months since he woke up in this world.

The difference between who he was then and who he was now was like night and day.

Back then, he had to hustle non-stop for startup funds, surviving in the cracks while desperately seeking help from all sides. He had to fulfill the wishes of those who sent him letters in exchange for their assistance.

But now—

He had the Ferros family, created the Sins, established his own technological system, and had a unique development plan.

The situation and future of the Twin Cities were entirely in his hands, ready to be manipulated as he pleased.

Thinking about the difference between the beginning and now, Link couldn't help but feel a long moment of reflection.

But snapping out of it, he turned his attention back to the letter.

Having completed his initial accumulation and secured control over the Twin Cities, he no longer needed to rely on letters to beg for help in parallel universes.

Now, with his wings fully grown, he no longer needed to borrow strength from other parallel universes. Instead, he could move on to the next stage.

As for the transition, it had to start with the original begging plan.

Begging Plan 1.0 involved helping beings from other timelines fulfill their wishes and make up for their regrets, providing them with emotional value, and then receiving their assistance in return, allowing him to grow rapidly.

Now that he had matured, Begging Plan 1.0 was no longer suitable for him.

So, he needed to break through on the existing foundation.

But how?

The core of Begging Plan 1.0 was that Link provided emotional value to beings from other timelines in exchange for rewards.

Now that Link had grown, providing emotional value to others could be temporarily set aside.

But aside from that, what else did he have to rely on?

Plenty!

The three technological systems of Clockwork, Alchemy, and Hextech, the Sins Project formed by integrating these systems, and the knowledge inheritance from the perfected Viktor.

Thus, with the capital and confidence to converse with beings from other universes, Link could now offer support in terms of resources, technology, and knowledge, in addition to emotional value.

Therefore, Begging Plan 2.0 should be: communicating and exchanging with beings from parallel universes, sharing resources, and benefiting mutually.

After all, the League universe isn't limited to just the Twin Cities timeline!

Beyond the original setting of Runeterra and the Twin Cities worldline, the League universe also includes derivative timelines such as: Project, Star Guardians, High Noon, Odyssey, K/DA, and many others.

Thus, Link's target should be the technology, items, and knowledge found in these skin universes.

Having determined the direction for 2.0, Link found the letter where he had recorded the principles of 1.0 and added to it.

The Four Principles of Begging in Parallel Universes 2.0:

All exchanges must follow the principle of equivalent exchange.

Aside from the flow of resources, technology, and knowledge, personnel movement between universes is strictly prohibited.

Never reveal your own worldline; maintain a sense of mystery.

Take payment first, then deliver results. Be trustworthy and decisive.

"That should do it!"

Looking at the three principles he had written for Begging Plan 2.0, Link felt a sense of relief.

The Dimensional Mailbox was his greatest asset in this world, and he had to utilize it to its fullest potential.

A mailbox that could only send letters to parallel universes had to be developed properly to be used to its utmost.

"So, what should the first letter say?"

After staring at the blank letter for a moment, Link projected his thoughts onto it, forming lines of text.

Hello, being from another universe.

I am Link Star from a distant time and space, a scientific researcher dedicated to pursuing truth.

No matter what path you walk, I hope to have the opportunity to communicate and cooperate with you.

The progress of science requires exchange, the expansion of knowledge requires sharing, and the flow of resources requires interaction.

We can use letters to exchange resources. If you are willing, please reply, and I will engage in deeper communication with you.

Whether it's science, technology, knowledge, skills, or material reserves, we can engage in equivalent and equal exchanges.

Finally, I wish you a smooth and prosperous life.

After checking the letter, Link copied it dozens of times and sent them all out.

As the saying goes: Cast a wide net to catch more fish.

Who knows? Someone might see his letter and respond!

The only question was where these letters would be sent and who would receive them.

"How exciting!"

Link looked at his Dimensional Mailbox, blinked, and closed it. Just then, there was a knock at the door.

"Hmm?" Link turned his gaze to the door, which opened a crack as a spy entered. "Sir, Miss Sarah is here."

"Let her in," Link waved his hand, and the spy nodded before leaving.

Shortly after, Sarah walked in.

"Boss—"

Her soft, teasing voice rang out as Miss Fortune threw a flirtatious glance at Link.

Rolling his eyes, the young man shook his head and casually pointed to the sofa in front of him.

"Take a seat."

"Alright, thank you, boss." Sarah sat down in front of Link, crossing her legs and resting her arms on her chest, her eyes seemingly electrified as she stared at him without blinking.

"Any news on Graves and Twisted Fate?" Link got straight to the point. Miss Fortune's expression turned serious. "Actually, I was just about to report this to you."

"According to my sources: Okka and some other leaders got to Graves before I did. That big smoker disappeared without a trace afterward."

"As for Twisted Fate—" Miss Fortune paused. "The last time he was seen was at the Glory of Wealth Casino. Apparently, after winning against a merchant named Hemma, he was chased by a pair of bounty hunters."

"No need to keep tracking Graves. I've already captured him," Link tapped the table. Miss Fortune was momentarily stunned, then chuckled. "Looks like someone's in for some bad luck."

"Naturally," Link said to Miss Fortune. "You go and make contact with Graves. Find out which leaders hired him, then have Vander and Jinx from the cargo hold help you deal with them."

"Also, make sure the bodies are disposed of cleanly. Don't throw them in the water or feed them to the fish."

"What should I do then?" Miss Fortune blinked. Link looked out the window and said calmly, "Burn them all to ashes."
