Apocalyptic Disasters: Carrying a bun and hoarding supplies

Bai Jixuan was given the responsibility of hurling down the boxes of supplies because he could easily shift into a bird and then fly back into the helicopter with his ability. Thus, he held onto the box for dear life and said to his brother, "I am going to start dropping the supplies."

"Go ahead!"

Bai Zhan nodded and then watched Lei Qian swivel the helicopter in the area where Bai Feng was trapped with his soldiers. The amount of ability users following him was much smaller than the ones who were following Bai Meiyue and Lei Qian but there were still enough soldiers to face off Yu Miaomiao. However, they barely reached that required number.

Bai Jixuan picked up the supplies and started hurling them in the safe area where Bai Feng and his team were waiting for the supplies. They had been waiting for these supplies ever since a person from Bai Meiyue's side approached them and relayed the information of Bai Meiyue wanting to send them supplies. When Bai Feng saw the cardboard boxes falling on the padded ground, his eyes couldn't help but tear up.

Bai Meiyue was right on the mark. The supplies that Bai Feng had stored were dwindling and he was about to run out of the meagre supplies that were still stored in the warehouse. With the wave of the mutated bugs surrounding them, they couldn't leave the safe area and wait for the wave to pass away but the supplies that they collected were nowhere near enough to last this wave of mutated bugs. If Bai Meiyue had not sent a helping hand, then Bai Feng was sure that they would have died due to starvation.

Bai Feng looked at the supply boxes that were dropping and said to Lu Jingguo, "Go and grab—"

"Help! Help me! Take me away!"

Bai Feng was still speaking when a woman, dressed in a delicate dress, ran out of the house where she was staying. Who could it be but Bai Xue?

These days had been nothing but hell for Bai Xue. The poor woman or so she took herself to be, felt that she had been living a life that was worse than death. Why? There were no supplies, no electricity and no clean water to drink. Some people were even resorting to drinking their own waste to quench their thirst. Because the safe area had no water supplies!

Even when she was living in the penthouse, Bai Xue had never suffered like this before; even then, Bai Feng arranged a means to get her enough water for her to not only drink but also take a bath. Back then Bai Xue thought that she was living a very bad life and the situation was not really good. However, now the conditions were beyond dire. Bai Xue could no longer live in this safe area. She blamed Bai Meiyue for treating them so coldly, blamed Bai Feng for going against Yu Miaomiao and blamed her parents for being useless.

She blamed everyone but herself and felt like everyone owed something to her.

So when she heard from someone that Lei Qian had come to deliver rescue supplies, Bai Xue didn't think twice. She tore open her dress from the areas which would attract the attention of men, and ran out. She didn't care about her face anymore. Even if it meant throwing it on the ground, she was going to seduce Lei Qian into taking her along with him. She had been living the life of a beggar. Squeezed in with a bunch of people and fighting to get a piece of bread every day. Even Bai Feng didn't care about her, as he was too busy controlling these mutated bugs.

And while she was living a life full of pain and suffering, Bai Meiyue was eating and drinking well. She had heard the reports from the soldiers who went with Bai Feng. the mansion where Bai Meiyue was living was devoid of these horrible worms and she also had mutated animals whose meat could be enjoyed thanks to the medicine that Doctor Cui developed. That meant that Bai Meiyue had no shortage of food and as she was a water ability user, she also had an unlimited supply of water as well! Just the very thought made her angry!

Why was Bai Meiyue so lucky?

If she had known that Doctor Cui was so talented, then she would have brought him to her side. However, it mattered not. Once she arrived at the mansion where Bai Meiyue was staying, she would make sure that Doctor Cui would follow her. Ever since she was young, she could easily snatch every man who wanted to get close to Bai Meiyue. Not a single one had been resistant to her charm; thus, she believed that Lei Qian would be no different, unless he was not a man.

And given that the man had gotten Bai Meiyue pregnant, he was certainly a man!

Bai Feng frowned when he saw the actions of his sister; he said to her, "What are you doing? Go inside."

However, how could Bai Xu listen to him? She stayed on her tippy toes and waved her hands in the air. "Master Lei! Master Lei! Take me away. I will do anything; as long as you take me away, I will serve you well. I will serve you better than Yueyue!" Bai Xue knew that Bai Meiyue must be in her seventh or sixth month of her pregnancy; there was no way that woman would be able to serve Lei Qian in bed. How could a man as handsome and young and full of vigour like Lei Qian be satisfied by just watching? As long as she does a good job, then she will be able to replace Bai Meiyue!

Lei Qian's expression turned dark. He raised his head and peered out of the helicopter before yelling at Bai Feng, "Send her away or else I will take the supplies back." This woman! She was ruining his reputation.
