Apocalypse: Master of Soul Beasts

As the Dominator's hand moved slowly, the pile of corpses began to part.

The Dominator hadn't finished speaking yet.

"These mutant beasts are different from you. You humans can use the Exchange Stone Pillar and treasure lands, but mutant beasts cannot! Their evolution is due to the power of your mother star! Whereas the divine beast species, one could say, are born upholding the will of Earth, to guard this planet. They are the true life forms recognized by this world! They are also this world's proxies! The Dominator paused slightly when the Demon Tribe was mentioned.

"You should know that there are many races in this world. Even though you humans are rulers of this planet, I don't necessarily have to choose you as my agents, do I? My choice of you is because the Human Race is naturally intelligent and possesses strong learning abilities as well as a well-developed social system, which in turn creates a problem."
