KIKI got more anxious as she spoke, pouncing on Lin Xian, her small mouth pressed against his again. Lin Xian felt a warm, slick sensation that was somewhat fiery, a bit stubborn, and a little... cool.

So he closed his eyes and firmly accepted KIKI's 'serious consolation.'

"Hmm!"

"Uh, ...putting on lipstick for me?"

"In your dreams, pervert!"

Lin Xian laughed, feeling relieved, stood up, and changed the subject: "Let's go. I'm planning to go to the Zero Element Center to devour some materials. Come with me."

"Now?" KIKI rubbed her flushed cheeks, avoiding Lin Xian's gaze: "Didn't you say you'd go last? If we shut down those instruments now, there will be mass casualties inside."

"Most are already dead; the rest don't seem like they can make it," Lin Xian recalled the Deep Red members connected by white filaments to their heads and said resolutely, "But I'll start with the less critical areas first, and there are Deep Red people in there. I can't leave it unwatched."

KIKI nodded: "Okay, I'll go with you."

Then she remembered something: "By the way, it's not the first time Monica has talked about wanting to join our team, right? What do you think?"

Lin Xian replied expressionlessly: "Not much to think about. My impression of her is okay, not annoying. Her superpower and the team's strength are not weak.
