Chapter 501: Chapter 501: Kurumi – Finally Satisfied

Takumi didn't concern himself with what Kurumi was doing inside his private space. He was currently busy packaging up an entire world. While storing it away, he deliberately placed it at a distance to avoid being sensed by Mio Takamiya. Otherwise, she might forcibly drag the neighboring dimension along with it.

But at this point, Mio Takamiya had no time to care about such matters. Having little actual combat experience, she now found herself being completely overpowered by a fully evolved Kurumi.

Kurumi's new power, the Dominion of Space, named after the twelve zodiac signs, included:

Libra Bullet: Reverses causality within space, allowing her to deflect enemy attacks or swap positions with void.

Scorpio Bullet: Equivalent to Reanimation.

Aquarius Bullet: Healing type.

Leo Bullet: Causes spacequake-like effects.

Cancer Bullet: Spatial slicing ability.

Virgo Bullet: Spatial teleportation.

Gemini Bullet: Clone creation.

Combined with her original power, Zafkiel, Kurumi now wielded dominion over both time and space. When unleashing her full power, her appearance changed completely—her left eye turning blue, representing space, and her right eye golden, representing time.

Against a Mio Takamiya who had lost both her Spirit Core and angel, Kurumi had an overwhelming advantage.

Takumi checked in briefly to see Kurumi holding her own. Satisfied, he disappeared from the scene, having completely stored away that world. With Kurumi capable of handling herself, he had no further need to intervene.

Returning home, Takumi began placing the world he brought back into his domain. He also decided to confiscate Mio's angel. The entire Neighboring World was packed up as well. Later, he would reconstruct it in his own world.

This new version of the Neighboring World would be under Takumi's full control. He could allow special lifeforms like ghosts to inhabit it, rather than having everything crowd into his own world. Spirits could also live there.

It was a contingency. Within this space, combat could unfold freely without risking destruction, no matter how intense the power unleashed.

Takumi intended to create this as a dedicated battle world. There were still too many troublemakers in his realm. Giving them a designated place to go wild seemed prudent.

He even planned to make it reset every 24 hours. No matter how chaotic it got inside, it would be restored after a day, ready for more combat.

Once everything was in place, Takumi constructed a teleportation gate in Tenguu City. Then, he deployed several Mecha-type beings to maintain order.

With more countries joining his collective, it was only natural that some might get ideas—like trying to conquer other worlds. These mechs were essential for suppressing such ambitions.

Each Mecha was strong enough to face down an entire world alone. Once they displayed their might, peace would follow as nations fell into line.

Having done this before, Takumi knew the drill. Finished with his setup, he turned to Prometheus and said:

"Same routine as always. Start informing the inhabitants of this world. Let them understand the concept of alternate worlds."

At his command, Prometheus took over the global network. Any place with a signal was now under her control—even military bases.

The sudden, inexplicable takeover left everyone stunned.

Then, Prometheus began explaining the situation regarding other worlds. Meanwhile, Takumi returned to finish constructing more infrastructure.

Kotori Itsuka stared blankly at the compromised network.

What... what just happened?

Could someone please explain this?

An invasion from another world?

Was this a dream?

Wait, where was Reine?

Kotori fell into thought. How did she disappear?

Did she somehow end up in another world?

As for what happened in the world of Date A Live, Takumi no longer concerned himself. He had already returned and completed the teleport gate.

After that, he entered his Imaginary Space.

When he saw the battle happening inside, he was speechless.

Kurumi was currently pinning Mio Takamiya to the ground, repeatedly punching her in the face. Both of them were in tatters, their clothes torn.

Sunlight streamed in, illuminating the maniacal grin on Kurumi's face. She was clearly ecstatic.

Finally, she had vented the frustration she'd carried for so long.

Despite Yamai Kaguya and Yuzuru having recovered, Kurumi still held a grudge.

Now, that long-simmering anger had been unleashed. Each punch brought her more satisfaction.

Takumi silently appeared behind her.

"Feeling better now?" he asked, somewhat helplessly, as he looked at Kurumi's back.

Hearing his voice, Kurumi snapped out of it.

"Much better! Finally got that anger out of my system!" she replied, still glaring fiercely at Mio.

Seeing Takumi, Mio's eyes widened.

"You!! Give me back the Spirits!!"

Mio erupted in fury. It was this man who had stolen all her Spirits.

She tried to stand.

Seeing her in such a disheveled state, Takumi sighed.

"You still don't get the situation, do you?"

"Wow, you're really brave, huh? Haven't you figured out what's going on yet?"

He wagged his finger at her.

So clueless.

This woman was completely delusional.

"Hmph! I say lock her in the black room. Don't let her out again!"

Kurumi, clearly displeased, encouraged Takumi to imprison Mio indefinitely.

Takumi shook his head.

"No. That won't be necessary."

Then, raising his hand, he gently pressed it to Mio's forehead.

"Still clinging to your obsession with Shido Itsuka, huh? Then I'll help you let it go."

The Herrscher of Knowledge deemed Mio's thoughts problematic—and modified them.

Seeing this, Kurumi froze.

Moments later, she was completely stunned.

Mio got up, bowed to her, and said:

"I'm sorry."

What the hell did you do to her?

Kurumi stared, utterly dumbfounded.

Good grief. This guy... really is something else.
