Chapter 483: Chapter 483: An Angel Has Descended Upon Me

Takumi didn't hesitate and packed up the gravedigger on the spot. He would throw him to Mobius later.

Honestly, this world was rather strange. Ancient civilizations, aliens, and so on. But after scanning through it briefly, it was nothing special.

Takumi quickly lost interest. After all, which world didn't have some form of ancient civilization?

He collected all of the Apocalypse Virus in that world, condensed it into a gray crystal ball, and tossed it into his Imaginary Space.

"If I ever get annoyed with another world," he muttered, "I'll just drop this as poison."

It was still useful, after all.

Having done all that, Takumi turned to Prometheus.

"Notify this world," he said. "I'll go set up the teleportation gate."

Then he descended and got to work.

He picked an empty area near Funeral Parlor and materialized a grand gate, setting up a teleportation array around it.

Meanwhile, Prometheus began hacking the global network, issuing announcements about connecting to another world.

She was already very practiced at this, having done similar things before.

When Prometheus suddenly appeared on screens, the world was stunned.

Another world? Surely that was a joke.

But soon, Prometheus publicly displayed the teleportation gate and even provided satellite imagery.

As everyone stared at the screens, silence swept the world.

It was real.

Inori Yuzuriha saw it as well.

It was indeed Takumi's handiwork.

And the gate seemed to be nearby.

She quickly got up and headed out, with the members of Funeral Parlor following her.

They hurried to the site of the newly built teleportation gate.

Mecha units were already stationed at the gate, but they ignored Inori's group.

"This is the gate to another world?" someone asked.

The announcement had spelled it out clearly: the gate to another world had been established. Anyone interested in learning from another world was welcome.

"Looks like it's real!" Tsubaki was all smiles.

Another world—it was just too amazing.

While they were discussing, Takumi emerged from the gate.

He had just returned after finalizing the setup in City of Hope.

"Yo! You're all here," he greeted. "Inori, come with me. There are some people eager to meet you."

The group chat was already yelling again.

If he didn't bring Inori over, they'd start accusing him of hiding her again.

Inori blinked, but soon nodded. "Alright."

Last time she went to Takumi's world in a rush and left just as fast. Now she had time to take it all in.

"Inori?" Tsubaki looked at her nervously. Others shared the same concern.

Was it really safe to trust this man?

"It's fine," Inori reassured them. "He's not a bad person. He saved me."

As she spoke, she pursed her lips slightly.

She could clearly feel how healthy her body had become. That suffocating feeling from before was gone. She finally felt like her true self.

"This…" Ayase, who was in a wheelchair, hesitated.

"You both can come too," Takumi said. "And your legs? We can easily fix that in our world. Come with us."

He watched this play out with exasperation.

Did they really think he was some villain?

"If you're worried, just come along. It's not a big deal."

Tsubaki and Ayase exchanged glances, then nodded.

"We'll come too."

"Me too! I'm going too!" Others began chiming in.

If things were like this, why not all go together?

"No problem," Takumi shrugged. "My world welcomes everyone."

He suddenly remembered something.

He opened a dimensional rift in front of him and reached in, pulling out another vial of Void Genome.

He planned to give it to Mobius.

When the members of Funeral Parlor saw what he pulled out, they were dumbfounded.

But Takumi ignored them.

After stowing the Genome, he turned toward the teleportation gate. The rest quickly followed him.

Just like that, the group entered Takumi's world.

Upon arrival, several mecha units immediately surrounded them.

"First, receive your terminals," Takumi said. "You'll be free to explore afterward. If you have questions, ask Prometheus.

Inori, come with me."

With that, a spatial rift opened, and he stepped inside.

Inori brought Ayase and Tsubaki along and followed.

On their way back, Takumi tossed the gravedigger and Genome to Mobius.

Seeing the items appear out of thin air, Mobius's eyes lit up.

Without hesitation, she called Klein and got to work researching.

Meanwhile, Takumi returned to his villa.

Everyone was already there.

The moment they saw Inori, their eyes lit up.

"Woooow~!"

"She's finally here!"

"Inori! Inori!!"

"I'm Fujiwara Chika, nice to meet you!"

Chika enthusiastically rushed forward and greeted her.

Inori blinked, caught off guard.

Tsubaki and Ayase looked at each other, equally confused.

Then more people from the house poured out, some even surrounding them.

All three were overwhelmed.

How did all these people seem to know them?

Takumi watched the scene and smiled.

Just as he was about to say something, Prometheus's voice suddenly echoed.

"Another person has arrived," she said. "According to the database, her name is Kanade Tachibana!"

Her voice reached Takumi's ears—and everyone else's.

"What?!"

"(òωó?)!!"

"Kanade Tachibana??"

"No way!!"

"Are you kidding me???"

"This is amazing!"

"Two arrivals in one day?!"

"Quick, Takumi-oniichan, bring her here!"

"I want to see Angel!!"

"No no no, this time, bring Gabriel too and turn Kanade into a real angel!!"

Everyone in Takumi's house instantly became ecstatic.

Two arrivals in a single day?

This was just too perfect.

An angel really had descended upon them.
