American Tax Officer

Chapter 252: Seizing All Assets to Save_4

```
"And our Director David, in just his time at the Western Suburb Branch, has generated more than 10 billion in tax revenue for us, so this amount of money shouldn't be considered a lot, should it?"
Hearing this, whether it was Obadiah or the other senior executives, all seemed to fall into deep thought.
Rough words but fair logic, if it had been the past, each penny of tax revenue in the IRS would have had a budget, and of course, it wasn't possible to just hand out hundreds of millions of US dollars in unemployment benefits at will.
But now things were different.
The more than 10 billion in tax revenue that David had generated was not yet bound by any budget, it was completely lying around in their accounts.
To take out a few hundred million US dollars to distribute as relief funds to soothe these people was certainly no problem and not much at all.
"As long as we announce this decision, these employees will be too happy to have time to protest, so how would they go on strike and show any force?"
Donald continued, "And don't worry, Director David has already looked into it, the money spent will be squeezed out of Disney—to the last cent—as a lesson for them!"
"And once we seize their assets, they won't last long."
"After all, a conglomerate worth several hundred billion, seizing their assets won't cause us any losses, but for them, the losses would be huge."
"So, in the end, they will either have to comply or give up the conglomerate, but the likelihood of that happening is almost nil!"
As these words were heard, the senior executives were all the more convinced.
If Disney refused to drink a toast and insisted on drinking a penalty, then squeezing this relief money out of them was absolutely fine!
Immediately, Obadiah turned to Consultant Welton Heng, asking, "How does that sound, Consultant Welton Heng?"
"I think it's feasible!"
Welton Heng was not one to beat around the bush and answered directly.
"Alright then, Deputy Director Donald, you tell Director David that we approve the proposal to seize all of Disney's assets!"
"Understood, Chief!"
...
Western Suburb Branch.
"David, your proposal has been unanimously approved by the upper management, approved!"
"Okay, Deputy Director Donald, I understand!"
It looked like things were indeed going as he had predicted. Although Disney had some weighty backers, they were not core members in that group of people, or else the upper management wouldn't have approved this so easily.
And since the senior executives were not worried about this, he didn't need to be overly concerned about getting 'taken care of' unexpectedly one day when stepping outside.
Gathering his thoughts, David immediately picked up the phone and called Nisen Bakesimmons and several other Chief Tax Officers into the office.
"Chief!"
When everyone entered, they stood up straight, ready for their assignments.
"Listen up, soon you'll gather your team members. Nisen, you head to Burbank to seize their corporate building.
"Bucky, you are in charge of seizing the Hollywood Disney Movie Headquarters Building."
"Simmons, you will handle the seizure of their amusement park..."
When they heard they would be seizing all of Disney's assets, the executives were taken aback, but they quickly recovered, each becoming eager to act, then uniformly confirmed and turned to leave to carry out the order.
"Hold on, Simmons..."
David seemed to remember something and cautioned, "Disneyland will have lots of parents with children, make sure to explain the situation to them patiently, and promise them compensation. Don't get into unnecessary disputes with these visitors causing more trouble, got it?"
"Understood, Chief, I won't cause a mess!"
Simmons assured him, then swiftly left the office.
