AM FINE MR.PARK

(Christine was devastated when he found out that Jasmine had left. He pleaded with his mom to contact her but she said she couldn't reach her. His mom was mad at him for what he had done and restricted him from coming to the house. Amelia had asked him to send her over to his parents. She was also mad at her daddy for sending her mommy and sister away. After Amelia left for her grand parent's, Christine slipped in to depression and didn't leave his house. He stopped going to work. This went on for weeks until Martha (his mom stopped by to visit him and she was not happy to see his condition.) Martha: You need to get your life together. Christine: welcome mom. Martha: Why is this place a mess? Christine : I don't know, it looks fine to me. Martha: You can't be like this. You need to take charge of your life. Christine:I don't want to . Martha: If not for you do it for your daughter, do it for me and your dad. Christine : This is the second time she left me . Martha : That's her lost then. Christine : No mom, it's my lost. Jasmine doesn't get angry easily and I managed to push her away yet again. Martha: I'm glad you realise your mistakes. Now you have to see a doctor ,take care of your daughter, start work and then we can start looking for her. Christine: Thank you so much mom

(He gets back to his life mean while Jasmine was in a different country and was happy. She was working at a company she had started while she was still in China. She was happily working and taking care of her family. Talking about family, there was Samuel Rodriguez, Ahmir Khan ,Peter Anderson ,Anna and the kids. Taking care of them was stressful but she was okay. Sam throws a food container in to a bin) Jasmine:Why would you do that? Samuel: I told you to eat homemade foods and that's not homemade. Jasmine : But you were not here and I was hungry. You didn't have to do that. Samuel: I did what I had to do to protect you. Now eat this.(He hands her some food but she rejects it and they banter words for some time and she gets up and leaves. She is being consoled by Peter,her best friend. He brings some food and they ate together. Later that day,Peter and Jasmine went to pick up the kids from school.) Jasmine: How was school? Camilla : It was fun. Maxson: It was great and how was your day. Mom and Dad. Both of them: It was good.( The entire family went out to have dinner that night and everyone was talking over each other ) Samuel : Everyone should order one at a time. Jasmine : Oh, can I eat out now? Samuel : You're allowed to eat out today because everyone is eating out and you know am doing it for your health. Jasmine : You do know everyone's gonna die some day, right? Samuel: Order before I change my mine. Peter : I'll order sushi for us and no one will die now( he interrupts before the quarrel escalated ) Jasmine : Sure , make it extra spicy. (When they were done eating Jasmine went with Peter to meet his friend who was at a club. Guys tried hitting on her but she rejected everyone of them.) A stranger: Hi. Jasmine : I have a boyfriend. The stranger: Am Josh. Jasmine : I said I have a boyfriend so leave me alone. (He went closer to her and she calls out to Peter "Love, let's go home am tried" Peter hurried and took her out of there. She was quiet on their way home) Peter: What's on your mind? Jasmine : Nothing (looking out the window) Peter : Why do you reject all those guys? You should have some fun and love. Jasmine : I love someone already. Peter : Who's it? (He asked eagerly ) Jasmine : It's you. I love you so much. Peter : I know and I love you too but am serious about this. Jasmine : Am not ready for any relationship and I can't do it because I have kids ,you guys and my businesses to take care of . I can't afford any distractions. Peter : And what will you do if we all get married, move out with out partners and the kids go off to school. Jasmine : Then I'll go to Hawaii and relax for the rest of my life. Peter : Girl you need to think about it. Jasmine : Just shut up and keep driving. (Weeks went by and everything was okay . Of course with the little quarrels every daybut that was normal in thier house.)

(Weeks turned into months and it was a year and Jasmine had to go to India for business and she was nervous. A woman screamed her name and she hurried to her and hugs her . The woman is Jasmine's mom and her name is Zoya.) Zoya: Look at you so skinny. You've lost so much weight . Have you been eating at all? Jasmine : Hi mom? Nice to meet you too. Hi dad. (She hugs her father Paul) Paul: How was your flight. Jasmine : It was exhausting. Paul : Let's get you home so you came rest. Zoya : Yes, let's go home I made your favourites myself . (They went home and had dinner together. Her mom was so happy to see her that she slept in her room that night. The meeting would last two days but she would stay for a week. She was not to be disturbed until her meetings were over. It was a rule her mom put in place around the house. After her meetings were over, she went with her mom everywhere) Jasmine : I've not seen grandma since I came. Zoya : She's been busy. Jasmine : I know she doesn't want to see me but I don't care. Grandma : You don't care because am not your grandmother . (Jasmine turns to walk away but her mom pulls her back and asks her to greet grandma and she does unwillingly. Grandma just hissed and walked away.) Jasmine : Mom, you see she didn't respond. Zoya : That's because you didn't want to greet her earlier. Jasmine : I presume she's still cold and mean towards you? Zoya : She's opening up a bit. Jasmine : I know that's not true but I have faith in you and I know you can change her mind about you. Zoya: Sometimes I feel like giving up. It's been so many years and she's still like that towards me. Jasmine: Dad loves you so much and you're a good person. That's why you're still here and one day everything will work out. I pray for you every day and I know that the Lord has not forgotten about you. So I want you to be happy from now onwards and don't let grandma get to you . You are also a grandma and I'll let the children visit when they're on vacation. Zoya :People say I love you more than James and it's true. You know how to make me feel better . You know how to make everyone feel better and don't ever change. It's a rear gift. I loved you ,I love you and I'll always love you. Jasmine : Mom this speech givesme the feeling that you're leaving me. Zoya : Am going nowhere. Your dad and I are stuck together like glue and grandma will have to deal with it. Jasmine : That's my mom speaking. We're not giving up, did you hear that Grandma ? Zoya: Stop that Jasmine.
