The young man patted the bike and went inside the house with Lily. Then he excused himself to use the washroom, and asked, 'System, bring up the attribute panel.'

Leo took a deep breath, everything inside his body felt warm and he felt his sense improve. The young man clenched his fist tightly as he took a few deep breaths to calm himself down. The feeling he was experiencing at the moment was exhilarating. He thought, 'It would be nice if Snow and Lily can gradually get to this level as well.'

'Ping: Host, you have triggered a quest.'

Leo was surprised and he asked, 'Elaborate.'

'Ping: This is a chain even quest, if you manage to complete it with excellent grade, you will win a GG potion. GG stands for Gradual Growth, and once this potion is taken by anyone, they would gradually grow stronger to a higher level.'

The young man took a deep breath and asked, 'Give me the first event for this quest.'

'Ping: Kill The Counselor and Frame Kastya for it. Time limit: 48 hours.'

Leo was shocked, but then he thought about the situation and said, "Fine."

After that he joined the family to eat the dinner. Leo sat in the living room, and Snow sat beside him as Lily played a game of chess with Fragrance. Snow asked, "Do you like the bike?"

Leo nodded and said, "I love it. Have you seen that thing? It looks so good."

Snow smiled and said, "Lily also got you a matching riding set that you have yet to see."

The young man was surprised and then he said, "Lily."

Lily raised her head to look at him, and Leo spoke with a smile, "I love you."

Lily smiled and held her face in her palms as if feeling shy and giggled as she said, "I love you too."

The elders chuckled at her reaction and Leo said, "I will take the bike for a spin later. First, I need to place fuel in it."

It was midnight and Leo called Ellyse to get the details of where Counselor was staying and at the same time, he asked about the locations where Kastya was located. After the initial meeting with him, these people have left the Angkor City and set up a base in the capital. However, after their investigation completed they came back to the Angkor City because the law department in the capital was very strict and it was hindering their actions.

Leo found out that the two people were staying in two different corners of the city. He began to formulate the plan as two what he would do to frame Kastya. She wasn't going to do these things for him because he said so, and if one of these two was to die, then all the things that were happening in the shadows would explode out of proportion.

Leo carefully thought about it and then he made a call to Kastya. The call connected and a slightly dizzy voice sounded from the otherside. Leo smirked and said, "Miss Kastya, I have some information regarding the murder of that bastard. Would you like to meet?"

Kastya recognized the voice and after a brief silence she opened her eyes and sat up on the bed as she asked, "What is it?"

Leo shook his head and said, "You need to meet me at the location I will send on your phone, in two hours, don't send any of your goons to check the place, or they will be going home with the winds."

Kastya frowned and asked, "How can I trust you with this?"

Leo chuckled and replied, "Miss Kastya, you dared to barge in my office in the broad daylight, now are you perhaps chickening out because it is a little dark? Anyways, I will wait for you to come, if you didn't then I will sell the info to that man, the Counsellor. This is a promise, so be there or be square. The choice is yours."

The call was disconnected, and then he looked at Kyle who nodded and dialed the number that belonged to The Counselor. The call was connected instantly. These people were all dark dwellers and they worked in the shroud of the night.

Kyle said, "I have news regarding the murder of Carole Primal."

The Counselor asked, "Who are you and how can you prove the authenticity of this news?"

Kyle said, "I will exchange a disk with you that contains the footage of the moment when Carole Primal was murdered in the most barbaric fashion. I am sure you know that all of his bones were broken."

This hint was enough to hook the Counselor. They were trying to track the call but Kyle had an encrypted phone which could not be traced. Kyle said, "You have an hour to arrive at the location sent on your phone. I bet you won't be able to figure out who it was without the information."

The counselor asked, "What do you want in return?"

Kyle looked at Leo who made a few signs and then the guard replied, "I want gold as much as you can carry. I am sure with your pull in the society, getting gold won't be a big problem."

The counselor was confused but before he could answer, the call was disconnected, and he received the location details. He stood up and said, "Men, get ready."

On the other side, Leo dressed up in his black riding gear. He walked out of his room, and Snow asked, "Where are you going, hottie?"

Leo replied with a smile, "For a ride."

Snow smirked as she neared him and said, "Haven't you heard that it isn't safe out there at this time? What if someone took a liking of your figure and tried to molest you?"

As she said this she placed her jade finger under Leo's chin and pulled it down slightly to maintain eye contact. The young man looked at her for a second and said, "Just so you know, I am married, and my wife is a badass."

Snow looked at him with a tilted head and asked, "Even more of a baddie than me?"

Leo nodded and then Snow stepped back as she said, "Go, but be careful."

Leo sighed and nodded as he walked away with the amnesty but he was still not quick enough to avoid the butt slap from his wife, who grabbed him a little as she said, "Come back soon, I will wait."

Leo shivered and said, "Somedays you scare me too much."

Snow chuckled as Leo left the house. He came to the garage and looked at the new bike. Then he turned to look at Kyle and said, "Hand me your gun."

Kyle took out his hand gun and gave it to Leo. The latter then inspected the piece quickly as he said, "Is this clean?"

Clean was a term used for the weapons that could not be traced. Kyle nodded and Leo stowed the gun in the holster under his leather riding jacket. Then he gave a quick press on the ignition switch and the bike purred. He warmed the engine with some gentle twists on the throttle. Then he got on and put on his helmet as he said, "Have Milo track the bike and snap the footage from the traffic cam network as much and as cleanly as possible."

Kyle nodded and then Leo rode out of the garage. His speed was slow as he was still getting used to the vehicle. However, after he got closer to the main road, he leaned closer to the fuel tank and then he whooshed away.

He was heading to the abandoned old factory located in the vicinity where the Butterfly Technologies were building their head office. Tonight he was going to complete the first quest from the chain event. This was vital, because once the Counselor was down, the Primal Family would have to step up their game and once they do that, they were bound to create ripples that would be followed with repercussions beyond their capabilities.
