Almighty Father System

It has been two weeks since Leo had met with the two attack dogs, however, the status quo hadn't changed in the least. At this moment, he was sitting in the study room with Lily across him. The little girl was concentrated on the chess board before her. This was the ceramic board that she made with Leo the other day, and she had taken a liking to the game.

Leo watched her and after a while, Lily said, "Whatever I do, the position will not change. Baba, you bully your cute daughter."

Leo smiled and replied, "No, I love my daughter, and second, sometimes you need to take an action even if you feel like things will not change. What was the first thing that I told you about the game of chess?"

Lily thought and replied, "All that matters is the fact if you can capture the king."

Leo nodded and asked again, "What is the first trait of a chess player?"

Lily raised her head to look him in the eyes and said, "Patience."

Leo nodded as he continued, "Chess is not just a test of your opponent but yourself as well. So, think more, observe more. If you make a move now, that might seem pointless, but always make a move with the different counters that your opponent can make. While that is a good think, you should know what you would do to counter any of the opponents moves or would you let them go to focus on your own plan."

Lily scratched her head and said, "Baba, I have school tomorrow, I will go and sleep and then will come back tomorrow. This time, I will beat you for sure."

Leo chuckled and he stood up as he held out his hand and said, "Yes, I will look forward to that day."

Lily smiled and asked, "Piggy back?"

Leo picked her up as she hugged his neck and they both moved out of the study. The little one demanded a story before she went to bed and the young man obliged before he came out of the room. He looked at Snow who was looking at something on her tab and asked, "What is going on?"

Snow said, "We have been monitoring them for two weeks now. They have been monitoring a lot of people, then why aren't they taking any actions?"

Leo sat down beside her on the bed and replied, "Because they cannot find out a third party and from what I am guessing, it appears to me, it is about time that the elders meet to negotiate."

Snow frowned and replied, "If they negotiated then what about the plan? How are we going to get anything good out of it?"

Leo was surprised and looked at her with eyes wide open and Snow replied, "What? They are the enemies here, and if I sound like a mafia, then I could care less. I am still an angel compared to these scumbags."

Leo nodded as he chuckled and said, "Well said, Miss Mafia."

Snow back slapped his shoulder gently and asked, "What do you have in mind for them, tell me honestly."

Leo looked at her, then at his wrist watch and spoke softly, "I will do better. Let me show you."

Snow nodded and watched the young man pick up the phone and he sent out a message, "You guys read?

One week earlier, Dante visited Matilda again, and the lady wanted to shove him away. However, he made said, "Aunt, you need to see this info, it is essential. Please believe me."

Matilda sighed before she chugged down the glass of whiskey and waved her hand so that the guards let Dante pass. The young man came in and bowed his head as he passed her the tablet in his hands. Matilda looked at the screen and raised her brow as she asked, "I am aware that the Primals are trying to maximize the profits now, what's new and important about this?"

Dante shook his head and replied, "My lady, they aren't only making profits, but they are preparing for a war. Please scroll down, you will see what that dog, Caleb Primal is doing. He is doing a toxic acquisition from our companies. In the past one week alone he has hired so many of the people from our companies at a high price. The next video will show you the truth. Matilda looked at Dante with searing eyes and said, "I don't like your tone."

Dante quickly bowed his head and replied, "I apologize, My Lady. I know that I overstepped my bounds but I am sincerely trying to make up for the mistake I committed in the past. I am very desperate because I know that apart from you, none are capable to bring me out of that hell hole."

Matilda raised her brow again and said, "Good candor, but let's see if you are really as valuable as you seem to be."

She scrolled the screen and a young man appeared tearing the room around as he yelled in loud voices. After a few minutes, when the young man was panting, he said, "You know, all this is happening because of that old bastard who fucked that bitch and made me seem less important. It's good that their bastard son is dead or I would have killed him all over again. Motherfucking ingrate son of a bitch."

The recording went on and on for ten minutes before Caleb finished ranting and fell down on the ground as he said, "I will make sure that Matilda Luger doesn't forget about me."

Dante said, "He confessed to killing Carole, when he said he would do it again, it means one thing only."

Matilda narrowed her gaze and said, "Tell Kastya, to come up with a plan and I want the head of this guy."

Dante nodded, and Matilda said, "If you do well this time, I will give you a better position to work."

The young man expressed his gratification by kissing the back of her palm as if she was the godmother from some mafia movie.

Kyle and Jock were sent to the city where Caleb was nested in his base of operations. They have followed a team of people that was sent to take that Primal out. This team belonged to Kastya, and they sneakily were monitoring them. Making sure that everything goes at its planned.

If these men failed to finish the job, then they would have to step in and give them a hand. Jock looked through the night vision spot finder and said, "Bro, they have ten people rolling in with automatic weapons. Looking at the set up around that villa, I am not sure they would be able to get in."

Kyle nodded and said, "Well, they are outnumbered so that is obvious. This is why I am curious what they want to do here?"

Jock shrugged as he watched ten figures moving in on the villa where Caleb was residing and said, "Look, here they come."

Kyle removed his gaze from the sniper crosshair and looked at his partner and said, "I will tell Sir if you didn't shut up. Stop distracting me. I have only one task."

They were directly behind the crew sent out by Kastya sent. However, the latter weren't aware. They were broadcasting everything that was going on here on a secured link on the dark web.

Leo and Snow watched things unfold, Leo said, "When someone is angry, they will only see the things they want to see. Matilda was fed with a video Stellar recorded during one of the meetings she had with her half siblings. The person in that video wanted to bring Carole back to life and kill him again.

So, Matilda gave the order, she may look like a cold woman but the person who died was nurtured inside her belly for nine months, and even if it is not about her emotions. Her ego is bruised as someone killed her puppy. So she is rabid and willing to bite anyone."

Snow looked at Leo and said, "You called me a Mafia Queen earlier while in reality, you are the Kingpin."

Leo shrugged and said, "Well, what can I say? I learn from my wife."

Snow rolled her eyes, and they she saw sparks flashing across the screen and said, "Shots fired."

Kyle said, "Sir, it is a gun fight and the team Kastya sent, they are overwhelming. I am sure Caleb will try to take off. Shall we pursue?"

Leo shook his head and replied, "There is only one entry and exit. The rich kid will try to go for a car and then make a sprint, but the crew is moving towards the garage, so that is a dead end."

Jock replied, "They are good, Sir. Almost catching up with us. Well, they used the tactical mini drones to recon first, very thorough of them on such a short notice."

Leo nodded and said, "Indeed. Now I want you two to travel under the radar, you know if we get spotted even remotely linked to this, Kastya will know."

Jock replied, "Copy that."

Soon the shooting finished and the ten men entered inside the villa. However, police cars rushed over to the area and Jock said, "Bro, get ready to evacuate."

Kyle nodded and assumed a crouched position while looking at the bedroom window. The cops were closing in and a blood trail appeared on the window. After ten seconds, Eight men came out of the house, holding a bag that was dripping blood as they dashed through the dark night.

Jock let out a whistle and said, "Did they literally just take his head?"

Snow was shocked and then Leo said, "Now I wonder if Bishop will take out the Knight sent by Matilda, or will he go for the pawn?"

He got out of the bed, went outside to the bar and came back with two glasses of white wine, and then his phone rang. Leo said, "Can you put that on speaker?"

Snow accepted the call and put it on speaker, when the call connected, the person said, "Sir, it's on."

The call was disconnected and Snow asked, "What is going on?"

Leo replied, "That was Ellyse, Bishop got the news of the murder, and since it is about the prestige of his family. His attack dog has been commanded to draw blood and leave behind a mess. However, I am wondering if his target is Dante, or Kastya?"

Snow took the wine glass from him and said, "Whoever it is, I am sure that they won't know that you have them dancing in your palm."

Leo smiled and they cheered the drink before the young man said, "I wonder ..."
