Chapter 263: we need your help
Outsiders?
Abornim's body trembled.
Oh no… I'm an Outsider too, he thought, glancing at Kratos's father—Zeus.
"Father… who are these so-called outsiders?" Kratos asked. This was the demi-god camp. Who could have been bold enough to do this?
Zeus's eyes narrowed.
"You see… we are not the only ones in this world. There are other worlds in existence. Only a few months ago, we discovered a new world. At first, we were shocked that such a place existed. But then we realized—our world and that one were being pulled closer and closer until a rift was formed.
As this happened, our laws began to merge. A pathway between our worlds threatened to open.
I and the other gods took precautions. At first, we believed we could handle it. Surely it couldn't surpass the power of one or two gods. But we were terribly wrong. Even after giving it our all—even with the support of the Titans—the path still formed. And now…"
Zeus paused. His face carried a rare, defeated expression.
Kratos and Abornim exchanged glances. They already knew the answer, but still, Zeus spoke.
"The pathway has been formed. And beings from that world have started invading." Zeus's expression hardened, anger flickering in his divine gaze.
"But aren't we stronger?" Kratos asked. After all, the Greek gods were praised as the strongest. Even if he had killed them in his own world, here they were far stronger. Shouldn't that mean they were above these outsiders?
"Stronger? No. We are not. In fact… they look so much like humans. But they have countless races, and their strength far surpasses ours. There is nothing we can do. Our movements are being monitored by the other side—every step we take, they see. If we dare move recklessly, our world will be destroyed as their true power descends. But if we do nothing…" Zeus looked down at the corpses of the demi-gods.
"…then this will only continue. More will die. That is why we need stronger beings—at least those who can match their ranks. For some reason, they are allowing only their weaker ones to enter for now. But even their weakest… are already near god-level here. There is no opponent for them."
Zeus sighed heavily.
Abornim's mind raced. I grow stronger by killing. Isn't this a goldmine for me? Heh… come on Zeus, call me. Let me fight them for your world. Well—cough—it's for your world anyway, Abornim whistled inwardly.
"That is why I came to you, Kratos," Zeus said, placing his massive hand on his son's shoulder, dwarfing them both. "We need you and Hercules."
Kratos took a deep breath. His thoughts echoed in silence.
This world is different from mine. I destroyed mine out of hatred… but not this one. These hands have been used only for destruction all my life. This time, I want to use them… to fix things. To create something.
"…Alright, Father," Kratos replied slowly.
Zeus laughed heartily at the sound of it.
"Good, good. We will find out why the stronger ones of their world cannot enter. Maybe there is a solution—and your friend here may help."
Then, without warning, Zeus's form crackled into lightning and shot into the sky.
Kratos grunted as the god departed. Abornim, however, only grinned.
"You seem excited," Kratos said, noticing his expression.
Abornim didn't deny it.
"I am. War is my passion. But tell me—where will we find your brother, Hercules?"
Kratos chuckled.
"Him? Ha, very easy. He's probably in some human bar, with human women, living like a fool. Don't worry—I can sense him. The problem is finding a way to reach him."
Abornim raised an eyebrow but then pointed at the unconscious Rose.
"What about her?"
"She's a demi-god too. She may be useful," Kratos replied.
"Ehn, I doubt it…" Abornim thought, but still carried her over his shoulder. Now… how do we get back?
The demi-god camp was gone. There was no way to return.
"Oh, just follow me," Abornim grinned.
His legs bent—and in the next instant, he launched himself into the sky.
BOOM!
He landed a kilometer away, the earth exploding beneath his feet. But he didn't stop—using the rebound, he leapt again, faster, higher.
Craters formed as, within seconds, he covered almost ten kilometers.
Seeing this, Kratos followed.
BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.
The two beings tore across the land, moving so swiftly they shattered sound barriers. In a nearby military base, alarms blared as radar operators stared in shock—not at aircrafts, but two blinding dots that vanished in seconds.

Meanwhile…
At a bar in one of the world's largest cities, a bearded man with bulging muscles drowned himself in beer and women.
He laughed heartily, chugging down drinks.
"Come on—I'm Hercules! More! More!"
Humanity had long forgotten the legends, the myths, the gods themselves. They only believed in what they could create.
Loud music shook the building. Red, blue, and neon lights flickered as women swarmed him—blondes, brunettes, all caught in his presence. Hercules indulged shamelessly, like a beast in heat.
But then...
A sound pierced the air.
At first, faint. Like a whistle. Then another. Louder.
The sound grew, drowning out the music. The entire bar froze in confusion.
"What the hell…?" someone muttered.
The party stopped. Everyone turned toward the sound. Everyone except Hercules.
"Hey… hiccup… why'd you stop the music? I was about to… hiccup… deeply converse with her…" Hercules slurred, glaring drunkenly.
The crowd ignored him, rushing outside.
Hercules blinked, then followed.
What they saw made them gasp.
Two blazing trails of light cut through the night sky—descending rapidly. And the worst part… they were heading straight toward them.
"Wait—that's coming here?!" someone shouted.
"Run!"
The crowd scattered, screams filling the streets. Only Hercules remained.
He staggered back into the bar, muttering to himself.
"Yes… this is it, baby. I've saved you for one hundred years. Tonight, I finally drink you…"
He stared at an ancient bottle of wine, unscrewing it with a pop. His eyes gleamed with excitement—
BOOOOOM!
The bar exploded. The wine was obliterated.

Sorry for not posting. Three days ago I came down with a sickness. It became worse and worse yesterday was the peak I could barely move but at long last I am a bit better today so I posted .
I should have gone to the hospital like I was advised to but low on cash but thankfully am getting better now even without going.
So , sorry guys once more. My apologies.
