Abyssal Sovereign: The Demon's Dominion

Chapter 256: Fore father vs dreadborne

After what seemed like years to Azerak, it was finally over. Azerak's eyes widened as he felt his new body.

Powerful, strong, and durable.

"What body is this? I know it's not from this multiverse," Azerak said after much thought.

First off, the massive boost in strength , this was four, five, or even ten times stronger than what other beings at his rank would have. And there were no blockages, meaning his potential was practically limitless.

Azerak was already a peak multiversal realm being. Now imagine him being ten times stronger , he could easily defeat his peers now.

"This is a drop of blood from our leader, Linkir. You are now a lesser Aeron," Alayot replied with a smile etched on his face.

He looked at Azerak with a kind of amusement. Of course, Azerak saw this and felt slightly offended.

But still, he asked questions first.

"What's an Aeron?" Azerak asked, totally puzzled. A smile formed on alayot face as he replied...

"Aeron is a mixture of demons and any other race. You are a mixture of three races: demon, Linkir's original race, and now your human race," Alayot patiently explained, and Azerak paused.

So this is the bloodline that has no limits… I guess it originated from the demon blood, Azerak thought.

"I see… but aren't you all afraid? I am a peak multiversal realm being. I can see the strongest among you is three realms below me. I take it that's your leader. Although you are six in number, only three of you are multiversal realm beings, and even the strongest is far weaker than me. Aren't you afraid I will enslave you all?" Azerak asked with an amused smile on his face.

Alayot paused and looked at Azerak. Yes, this was an ancient being in this multiverse, and he was at the peak of the multiversal realm. That meant he was strong—very strong—even stronger than Void before Void left this multiverse.

"Fear? … I fear no one," Alayot said calmly.

Even when Void arrived in his universe, he had joined him through a contract willingly—for power and limitless potential, not because he feared Void.

Hearing this, Azerak laughed out loud.

"Hahaha… though I might not enslave you, I might just kill you," Azerak said coldly, and Alayot felt the room turn cold.

A terrifying aura descended as Alayot's skin crawled and a chilling sensation spread across his back.

But Alayot merely looked at Azerak with those calm eyes. Even through all this, he seemed indifferent and unmoved.

"Of course, I can't kill you," Azerak started as the chill vanished like it was never there.

With a grin, Azerak spoke.

"You helped me create my body, so of course I won't kill you," Azerak said as he watched Alayot's face.

There was no sign of relief—just that same indifferent gaze.

Azerak was a little irritated but still continued speaking.

"But I am your new leader now. Give me that demon blood, the original one," Azerak said, his voice cold as he walked up to Alayot.

Their gazes met as space trembled.

Crack…

This wasn't just space breaking or time distorting—it was reality crumbling.

Boom… Boom…

Space ruptured around them as Azerak's eyes narrowed.

"You won't speak?" Azerak asked, anger already showing on his face. After all, he was an ancient being. He was once at the top, powerhouses listening to his every command.

He was once a ruler not only of humanity as a race but of the entirety of this multiverse.

He and his colleagues were the forefront of humanity.

They stood tall when humanity was being bullied, when humanity was nothing but a small race barely exploring Earth, just a little over two thousand years old.

Compared to other races, humanity was nothing but a seedling.

For those millions-of-years-old races, humanity wasn't even a fraction of their age.

So humanity was pushed around, and to some extreme races, they were considered a delicacy—food to be eaten. But Azerak and the rest rose together.

They not only gave humanity a name but also a future, a place to rule. From being the lords of the small Milky Way galaxy, humanity rose to becoming the leader of the multiverse.

Those races that once looked down on them—where are they now?

They have turned into slaves, disposable to humanity.

And this was because of the forefathers.

So for Azerak, as one of the forefathers' fathers, he wasn't used to this nonchalant indifference from Alayot.

It raised the question: what exactly does Alayot rely on?

"There's nothing more to say," Alayot started.

"At first, you were considered a slave, but now you are worthless," Alayot said, his gaze cold and piercing.

"I? Worthless? Hahahah…" Azerak stepped back as he laughed, his expression hysterical as if he had heard the funniest joke in his entire existence.

"You are bold," Azerak's expression solidified as he walked slowly.

With each step, Alayot felt his body under immense pressure, doubling with every step Azerak took.

By the time Azerak was only a few inches away, Alayot's body was trembling, creaking as his knees fought not to buckle under the pressure.

"I was hoping you'd be a good slave, but I'll use you as an example," Azerak said as he slowly clenched his fist and then threw an ordinary punch.

To Azerak, it was ordinary. But to Alayot, it was far more than that.

He felt his body trembling. He could see the vision of a higher being punching him. He felt so small, the attack certain to land.

It was as if no matter where he ran—how far or how wide—the attack would reach him. But Alayot wasn't running. Why would he run?

Just as the punch was about to connect, the attack dissipated. Alayot felt only a soft breeze brush his face, but Azerak's face twisted in horror.

Someone was behind him.

That someone was the cause of this.

Azerak gulped, his mind racing.

Who could this be? I'm stronger than everyone else. My body and soul are fully integrated—I have all my strength. I am at my peak, and even stronger, ten times stronger. So how… how come?

Just then, a cold voice was heard.

"How dare you?"

The voice was cold, chilling, and terrifying. Azerak's body froze in fear. How… how is this possible?

This person… their realm must be above mine, Azerak thought in shock.
