A Strongest Warrior Of All Time

Chapter 62: Reality Can't Be Hide

Then suddenly John asked, "Tell me about the last page, Dad, you took from my hand.

And there was written "The Masked Man." And the asker said, "Who is he?" Eric becomes really shocked and has no idea what he's said now and how he answers John about this.

He didn't tell anything about this to John. Because he doesn't want to let him feel anxious about anything.

Because he was one of the most terrible enemies for every clan.

History always has a sign for this incident. that once there was a cruel person alive who achieved many impossible things, such as having the power and control to have a dragon like his pet.

Nothing, only that he destroyed many villages and killed so many poor people, magicians, and even warriors also.

But Eric can't hide these things from John for so long. He knew that one day John would know everything, but it's happened too early. This was Eric not thinking at all.

So he feels hesitant to tell this whole thing to John. But there is no way that he hid this topic and details of the conflict from John.

When Eric was thinking about this all again, John said, "Tell me, Dad, what's happening?" and asked, "Who is the masked man?"

Eric very sadly said that "this was a confidential matter, son. I don't think you should let anyone know about this now." It's not your proper age to know about this."

John became a little bit angry to hear this and said, "I am already about 11 now; I know everything. You just tell me who this guy is and why you tore these pages from the book."

Eric said, "Listen, son, he was not an ordinary man; he was a monster of that time. By genesis he was a magician but held powers of darkness."

John said, "What did you mean, Dad? What type of powers did he have?"

Eric said, "He is a magician with a mask; he wears the mask because he can't reveal himself to others. He was the only man who destroyed his own by his own, just to rule over all the clan and gain more powers."

John became really shocked to hear this—that a man such as this type of psycho would destroy his own clan for gaining powers.

John's face looks numb, but he asked, "How did he do such things, Dad?"

"Using the most powerful dragon as a pet, he hypnotized him by his visual prowess, and he killed one dragon to take his whole fire breath power; he took it successfully."

John said, "What's happening next, Dad?"

Eric said, "Then he mastered this technique and made his weapon flaming by using fire breath. His weapon had that much power, which could burn anything in a minute."

John said, "What a monster; he invented his own technique to destroy clans for just his own sake."

Eric said, "Yes, my boy, even he has his full-power cloak because he is a higher-than-S-rank magician; that's why he used his cloak as a shield that counters any attacks."

John said, "Wow, Dad, he was a really strong one."

Eric said, "Not only that, son, he made a destructive beast bomb by combining his fire breath and dragon's fire breath. This bomb can turn a whole village into dust in a few minutes. He is the most cruel monster and enemy inhistory."

John said, "I see, but how will he be stopped from fulfilling his dream?"

Eric said, "It's a long story because this was the incident where rivals became friends officially for the first time. It means the magicians and warriors become friends and make an alliance to take down this monster, and also dragons helped out, so we are going to win against him."

John said, "Wow, it's really awesome, Dad. If I were there, then I would also take part in the war and fight against this monster."

Eric replied, "Yes, but this incident changed many things, my son.

Like when he, the masked man, got attacked by magicians and warriors, his mask broke down, and his face was revealed in front of all.

Then all recognized him as a magician. Then dragons break their alliance with magicians instantly, and our legacy was started with getting a new bond with dragons."

John's face started glowing to hear the proudest moment of his clan and his raise.

After some time he said, "That means our clan has dragons as partners, and we fight together."

John's sense and IQ were really good; he can easily understand things.

Eric said, "Yes, your thinking was right, but all warriors didn't fight together; only the dragon symbols made a good bond with dragons, and they used dragons in big conflicts. For that they can easily win."

Then tell me, Dad.

John said, "All is okay; I understand then why you took pages from the book. What's the reason you need to hide these things from us?"

Eric was really silent at this moment. He can't use his mind for what he will say now.

All around becomes so calm and cold with wind coming from outside.

Then Eric said, "Because I don't want the mistake that happened back then to happen again now to those who were coming and those who were done for that."

Because it looks like a nightmarehappened in the past."

"What's happening, Dad? Just tell me, please," said John.

Eric said, "To understand all these things, you need to know about the biggest, most terrible clan, the clan of humanoid animals. The clan of 'werewolf.' One mistake made us suffer so much in the past.

John said, "Why, Dad? Werewolves mean humans turn into wolves, right?"

Eric said, "Yes, you are right.

At first I will tell you about where they lived and their lifestyle, then you clear some more, and after this I clear other things and continue the story."

Firstly, you need to know,

About The Arena-

Deep at the heart of an age-old jungle, out of range of the naked eye of mere mortals, lies a hidden colony known but to a few—The Arena. It seems at first to be a wooden, stone, and nature-made village. It is not, however, a regular village. This is the secret dwelling place of the werewolves.

It wasn't constructed overnight. It was built by generations of werewolves themselves, dragging stones from the hills, hollowing houses out of dense trees, and weaving magic into the walls so that any human would be absolutely incapable of finding it.

The village is under a canopy of eternally green trees, hidden so deeply that even birds will not fly more than halfway across it. Those alone with the blood of a werewolf or in the company of one are allowed to walk this territory.

At the heart of this magical place is an enormous circular landscape—the Arena itself.

It is here that all disputes between the werewolf clans are settled. Not merely a gathering place, this is a place of trial, training, and punishment. When wolf battles rage hotter, they are fought out in the Arena. Here, where young wolves are instructed in the power of their own bodies, they are trained in the presence of elders. And when the full moon is high in the sky, the Arena is the most important place of all.

During nights of a full moon, the villagers seal themselves inside the arena with great iron gates, spellbound by an old enchantment.

The gates glimmer tenderly with ancient runes, strong enough to hold even the most ferocious wolf at bay. Why? Because when the moon is full, all werewolves lose themselves.

Their bodies transform into their wolf bodies, their minds consumed by ferocious rage. In this state, even the most loyal of them would mutilate their own kind or invade human lands. The Arena holds them captive but holds them safe as well. The arena keeps the humans out, and it keeps the wolves from devouring one another. Life inside the Arena, as the rest of the world shudders at the mention of werewolf, is not a free-for-all.

It is a controlled society with one leader who is decided through strength and brainpower. The Arena Leader does not merely command; he protects, teaches, and keeps peace among the wolves. To every cry in the night, every heart within the clan pulses in devotion to him.

Life within the Arena proper is peaceful. Children race through the open areas, playing human and wolf spirits' tag with equal enthusiasm. Hunters come back with freshly killed game from the jungle. Elders chat about ancient wars and mythologies by the campfire. But deep in every heart is the knowledge that they are not like humans.

They are stronger, faster, and bound to the moon.

The Arena isn't a village. It's a metaphor for life—a haven where werewolves aren't threatened by humans, and humans aren't threatened by them.

Where power is a curse and a gift. Where there is space in the jungle, and each night comes a secret, and each full moon their very nature is tried.

John is really shocked to heard this but suddenly...
