NOVEL NEXT Chapter 24: 024 - FL?
"What are you doing to my student?" an old man went into the battle zone.
"It's not what we are doing to him but what he did to us," I said while putting my hands down.
The old man looked at me wearily and approached slowly, "What did he do?"
I raised a hand pointing to Sawamura "He attacked those boys for no reason and tried to hurt the other young man. I had to confront him to calm him down and the best option was to leave him out of combat".
The old man looked down and knelt next to him and started to check his body, arms, and face and realized that he didn't have an injury.
I pointed to my face "I hit him in the jaw he should wake up in about 6 minutes but knowing him we may only have 20 or 30 seconds left".
Just as I finished saying that he opened his eyes and they rested on his teacher, we saw his face transform from anger to shame.
"Tell me why you did it, why did you go back to fighting?" The old man pleaded.
He grunted and looked away
The old man helped him to stand and took him by the shoulder while asking "Why did you fight again?"
Ryu grimaced and started to tell his side of the story, he was buying food at the food court when one of Sendo's boys bumped into him and threw the food. Ryu grabbed him by the shirt and asked him to buy him another one or apologize or he was going to hit him, the young man sneered in his face since there were several of them with him and he wasn't afraid.
Ryu got exasperated and gave up on his food, then he hit the boy…
"I only hit him four times," he said calmly
I raised an eyebrow, "but four blows from you are too much for them".
The boys got offended and yelled "Hey!"
I looked at them, "Well… did you take all four hits without crying for help?"
They looked to the floor, "No… not really"
Sendo hit him in the back of the head "I apologize for my friend… but it still doesn't give you the right to beat him up"
Ryu covered his ears and pretended not to hear us.
I just looked at him and sighed "Well at least he's calm now" I said with my eyes on the old man. "Both troublemakers are fine now"
Sendo got upset and stomped the floor "I am not a troublemaker".
I sighed again and changed my statement "Well I changed the mighty leader's mind, and now there is not going to be a fight".
Sendo crossed his arms and nodded "Yeah that's better"... then he opened his eyes and said "Hey!"
Then I ignored Sendo, "We already settled the issue and those guys were no longer into fighting, but then he came here and said something about wanting to hit us because it felt good to hit people and I confronted him"
I walked to be next to my dad "He is very strong but I was still victorious and I knocked him out".
The coach then took a step and touched the shoulder of the old man "The boy has a lot of energy, you should consider getting him into some sport, as I am a boxing coach I would recommend boxing since he has talent and with that, we could diminish his fighting urges".
The old man denied with his head "Not boxing… that would make my student more aggressive".
Sawamura removed his hands from his ears and approaching me he growled "I remembered what you said about my father, how do you know that?"
My brain worked a mile a minute but halfway through the thought it short-circuited and I could only answer "Seriously you don't have a dad? I was just trying to rile you up"
Sendo looked at me warily.
Sawamura spat on the floor and with an angry scowl started walking away.
The old man kept on apologizing and also walked with Sawamura.
Yamaoka clapped and looking at Sendo said, "Do you perhaps want to enter a boxing gym, you have a lot of issues with your form, but your strength is great, also I think your instincts could become a great asset".
Sendo signaled with his face to his boys and walked away, the coach's smile faltered.
"So, you're going to leave with your loss?" I made a mocking voice.
"HUH?" Sendo instantly turned back and walked with big stomps until he was next to me.
I smiled and said, "I won't fight you again on the street, if you want your revenge I'll wait for you in the ring… but I doubt you would want to fight me when you reach the rookie tournament".
I grabbed my father's back and walked away.
Sendo was fuming then he turned to the coach and shouted "WHEN DO WE START?"

When we were out of reach I started to laugh, "Oh man, riling up Sendo is too easy"
My dad scolded me with a hit to the back of my head "Do not make enemies Sora, also I'm angry because you're fighting on the streets, this time went ok, but what about next time?"
I grabbed my shoulder and apologized "Sorry Dad, it's… well… I am not making enemies per se… I have heard from my classmates that this Sendo guy is a great person… Sure he's a troublemaker, but he helps people, I think we can be friends"
Dad just looked at me with deadpanned eyes "Whatever you say, son. Still, I'm glad you are getting better, that coach said you have great form, and that you were improving on the spot"
I smiled "Thanks Dad"
Dad held me into a hug and walked with me. "We need to buy souvenirs still, let's go Sora"
My smile grew with the hug and just said "Yes!"
While we searched for gifts for the family, I was checking the rewards.
[Defeat Sawamura in less than 5 minutes.]

When you think about it's great, you can do the work of 320 minutes in only 5. I need to plan those 5 minutes to make full use of the speed program.
Mentally I opened the items Tab and looked at what I had.
x2 Training all senses and muscles 2 hours
x2 Training all senses and muscles for a partner 2 hours
Automatic treadmill blueprint
x2 training shoulder muscles for 1 hour.
x8 training eye senses and punch speed for 1 hour
x64 Training for 5 minutes.
I had a lot of items. I need to use some of them.
The "all senses and muscles" I can work out with Ippo on Monday.
The "shoulder muscles" can go with the push-up board, I can do that one in the house.
The "eye sense" and the "x64 training" need more planning.
Then I opened the shop, the glove points went up.

I was amazed at the 245 points, I wonder what I did to get those.
The panel then shifted and showed the last completed missions.

I don't remember all of that but it's cool that the system organizes everything for me.
I pondered with my hand on my chin 'Now shall I buy something? I can buy the normal stuff but maybe not right now, the push-up board appeared in pieces, and I kind of wanted the vest or the straps, but 2k and 4k are too much right now.
Dad called me to help him decide and I closed the panel.
A while later we got into the train to go back.

Sunday was a quiet day, I went to Ippo's house to help with the business, we did some roadwork, and I talked with him to work on his defense, the last spar we had he received too many punches, I didn't want him to develop the illness that he got on the manga.
In the evening I talked with my mom and she asked me to buy some things at the convenience store.
I was picking up the things Mom asked me for when I bumped into a girl. Her cap and glasses fell, and her items scattered to the floor. "Sorry. I wasn't looking." I helped to pick up everything.
I tried to smile so as not to get a bad impression, but she looked at me with a scowl "Be more careful".
I chuckled a little and she got angrier "Sorry, Sorry, I didn't mean to laugh, but it was an accident I wasn't looking properly it's my fault" she pouted and squinted her eyes.
She smiled a little "I'll forgive you if you buy me a drink" she made a cute smile.
I looked at her for two seconds and she looked the other way.
I sighed and said "Sure, but tell me your name, little opportunist"
She laughed and held my shoulder, I tried to step back… the girl was weird.
"My name is Kumiko Morita with the kanji of beautiful child and forest," she said with her hands on her hips.
"Well, Kumiko-san why did you try to tackle me? It is to get free drinks, that's no way to use your charms" I picked up her glasses and gave them to her.
She took the glasses and turned her head to the side "You… don't know me?"
I look into her eyes, "Should I?"
She laughed again and said "You know forget the drink, tell me your name, it's refreshing to meet a non-fan"
I picked my basket, "Are you famous? My name is Tsuyoshi Sora, with the Kanji of Strong and Sky, nice to meet you Kumiko-san"
After our introductions we talked a little, she didn't tell me why she was famous, but I told her about my aspiration to boxing, she told me that she is a regular at the convenience store and hoped to see me again.
We parted ways and when I got to the house, mom hurried me to give her the food items, and I went to my room.
I looked at the board, 'So… x2 shoulder muscles huh?'

I am sorry for disappearing, short story I twisted my knee and hurt a "tendon", I got surgery, and I am okay now
I have been okay since August but I lost the drive to write the fanfic.
Thanks to Mike65, Theboxer, Daoist3miR9Z, the review, and the comments, made me get back to this, I really hope to get the drive again to keep writing, but I can't make any promises I love you all guys.
