A Sinner's Harem Story

"Jeez man, I worry for you sometimes. The first thing you gotta do is find something to replace these injection of yours." Max said, walking beside me, as he made me aware of the fact I was already worried about.

"I know..." I said, worried as to what might happen if I don't find any replacement for these things, but since I can't do anything about it for now, I have no choice but to ignore it till I reach the destination.

"Just, take care okay?" Max said, a little worried about me as I just nods to him but then felt a sudden push from behind.

"Nothing's gonna happen to this mf, you all are just worried for nothing." A crude voice said, which was a bit different from a normal one, more like it was robotic or artificial, like siri but male.

"Ryder's right, this guy is a strong son of bitch" A green eyes baldy said, approaching us.

This was our group of 5, Me, Max, Emma, Ryder and lastly, Almus.

These guys just aren't friends to me, but more like family, but... 'Someone of us might die today,' I thought, looking at everyone in the room, it was difficult to just stand here knowing I am going to lose someone of these guys at the end of the day.

Or maybe, someone of them is gonna lost me, either way, we all are aware of the fact that after today, we might not be together but still, everyone of us tried to survive... And smile.

"Shut it with your cussing, or u gonna regret it." Emma said, looking at Almus and Ryder who just looked at each other for a second before chuckling.

"Hah, as if a little girl like you can hurt me! Haha!" Ryder said as Almus was about to say something too but... "Ahh!" He shut his mouth as Emma kicked Ryder in his balls.

"You wanna say something," She said, eyeing Almus, "No no, I completely agree with you Emma! In fact, I am never gonna cuss again in my life!" He said, backing away in a strange pose protecting his... Thing.

"Serves you right," Max said, helping Ryder stand on ground not without teasing him a bit, "Fuck you Max," Ryder said, grabbing onto Max's balls wiping the smug smile of his face.

Seriously, these guys are some real idiots, lost cause for real.

"Hey guys..." I said lightly, even though these guys might be idiots they are the only family I have as my thoughts that I was trying to keep to myself started slipping from my mouth, "...Come back alive you all." I said as all of them paused, looking at me.

Well, it was certainly something out of character for me to say so they must be suprised.

"Of course! you see these muscles, I am gonna knock out the other me in a single punch!" The bald Almus said, showing me his muscles.

"The only sad thing about this journey is that I will not be able to bring back my harem with me." Ryder... you aren't getting girls with that face.

"I'll try my best, so will everyone, we all will survive, I know." Emma said, giving me a smile of reassurance, maybe the only one who could be trusted in this bunch.

"Ha! I am not dying before I propose to you!" Max is just a lost cause.

"Well, I don't think so, there are a lot of artificial this time around, mainly all the failure numbering in hundreds, I don't think any of them is going to survive."

"Maybe you are right, there is only a single artificial who has managed to survive, and that guy too was a near success from artificial project, I don't think failures are going to survive, not even one if I have to be honest."

As the generals discuss things between themselves, Major Amara mostly left out, being the one who was a rank lower in the room.

"But seriously, why artificials? Aren't they just failed products and were discontinued after 3 or 4 years?"

The one who said that was General White Tiger, it is said that he travelled to a universe where his counterpart was a tiger, giving him a tiger transformation when he killed it and absorbed his source.

"Hmm, artificial are the test tube babies which were made 20 years ago however, all of them were genetically incorrect in one way or another, so they were discontinued after 4 years."

Said General Red, who looked like an old man with a long white beard hanging and no hair on his head.

"Yea, and since apparently they are dead weights anyways, almost all the remaining one of them are send this time, thier age being 20 also helped as it's the maximum limit for the travel, the youngest bunch are 17 tho, they could have waited another year for them."

General Fire Mage said so, his ability giving him a great control over fire element.

"What do you think, young Major, is there any promising Artificial that might survive? You handled quite a lot of them yourself, didn't you?"

Hearing the question being asked by General Red, Amara thought for a bit before... "If I have to name a candidate I might name, I'll say Zoe."

Hearing the name, General Red looked towards his assistant who immediately searched the data base and handed a tab with the information of Zoe to him.

"That's a..." "Good choice!" General Vanisher said, as she appeared out of no where startling even Amara.

"You shocked me,"

"As if, you already know I was there old man,"

"That's no way to talk to your teacher, little girl."

"Yea yeah, hey Major, who do you think can be the under dog this time around?" Looking at the girl as old as she is but with a title and bring a general, Amara was lost in thought for a bit before she repeated the question.

"Under dog?"

"You don't get it? I mean the weakest of the bunch."

"Weakest..." Amara repeated as a face appeared in her mind, "If you are asking who is the weakest, then it's the boy called Evan..."

She's never gonna forget the report which made even her feel pity for the boy.

"Its time," Said the women, as she paused her reading and looked at her pocket watch, before she closed it and letting it hang with her bracelet.

The watch was a beautiful price of art, art as beautiful as the women herself.

Suddenly, the door of the room opened as Dr. Sato entered, "Lady black, everyone is gathered, it's time fo-" "I know," Last black said, before giving the book one last look and closing it after leaving the bookmark on the last page.

"Let's go," She said one last time as she walked passed Sato so fast that he don't even have time to blink.

Before he knows it, she was gone, leaving him alone, "She really is the fastest human, I don't even saw her shadow when she moved." He muttered before closing the door and running towards the ceremony hall.

As the head of the operation, he couldn't be late!

"It's time," Evan said, as the clock finally reached 12 o'clock, as soon as he said so, a lady appeared on the stage.

Being in the first line in the hall with thousands of others, he was able to get a clear view of the women and all he could say was, Perfect.

Her long black hair, hourglass figure, her curves, her face, everything was just perfect.

Even in this Era, where the cosmetic industry is at its peak, Evan has to say that he hasn't seen anyone as beautiful as this women, who appeared just in her late twenties but still has a mature charm about her.

Especially with that military uniform, women in it look just different, but strangely charming.

"I am Commander Lady Black, one od the 15 commander of the human civilization." She said as she take the stage and immediately, there was a little commotion in the crowd.

"Lady Black? Isn't she the fastest human alive?"

"Chill bro, she isn't fastest, but she can bend time at will."

"As if, if she could really control time, humans would have been the strongest race in the universe already."

Ignoring all the commotion going on below, Lady Black continue with her Speech.

"As you already know, you are going to another Universe for your mission, and I am here to make you aware of a fact which has been kept secret till now from you. They are not provided in any of the book or article just for the purpose of secrecy."

She said in a serious voice making me curious as to what it might be that the Military is so serious to protect the secret.

"While in another universe, all of your movement will be directly monitored by Universal council." She said dropping a bomb.

'Seriosly, they can even monitor us in another universe? Just how advanced is the tech of top races of the universe.' I thought, feeling that even if she really has control over time, it might not change a thing.

"No one knows why they monitor us, for all we know, they just watch our every move silently. But I'll still warn you all to not make any foolish mistake or comment, or you might face death penalty."

She said as the Aura around us started getting darker and darker, unknowingly my hand started trembling making me feel... Cold.

'Is this the peak of humanity?' I questioned myself, knowing that all the 15 commanders are known as the strongest humans in thier own rights, the peak a human can achieve, and that's what make them the last line of defence for human race.

As for the 3 supreme commander? There is no information on them anywhere, so no one knows how strong they are.
