The reason was simple—Karina visited so often, and with Reiji's lazy nature, he didn't want to bother opening the door every time the girl knocked.
So, Reiji handed over his spare key to Karina, as if saying, "Just come in, don't bother me."
After leaving Reiji's house, Karina walked away quickly.
Her face was still bright red, reflecting the mix of emotions swirling inside her.
